Liam's POV

"Ana, babe wake up. You have to eat some breakfast before your appointment in 30 minutes." I said, while trying to wake up Ana.

"Five more minutes." Ana groaned, and turned to the other side.

"Ana come on, I already made you breakfast." I said.

She slowly turned back towards me, and said, "What kind of food?"

"Your favorite, pancakes with Nutella and strawberries and a glass of orange juice." I smiled.

She slowly got up to yawn and stretch, so I took the opportunity and picked her up. I carried her downstairs and put her down on a chair and put the food in front of her. Her eyes lit up and she dug in.

While she ate, I daydreamed.

"Come on Preston and Alyssa, time to get on the bus. Mummy is waiting for me at the hospital." I said to the 5 year old twins.

"When is mummy going to have Sammie?" Alyssa asked.

"Hopefully after school Uncle Harry and Auntie Jade can bring you up to the hospital." I smiled at my daughter, who resembled me, but Preston resembled Ana.

"Bye daddy!" they both yelled from the bus window, as it drove off.

"Liam, earth to Liam!" Ana was yelling in my face.

"What?" I asked.

"Let's go or we're going to be late!" Ana said slipping on her shoes.

I quickly slipped on my shoes, grabbed my phone and the car keys, and headed out the door with Ana. I sort of sped, but we made it just in time.

"Ana Torres, the doctor is ready to see you." the nurse said, leading Ana and I back.

"Hi, Ana I'm Dr. Wilson, and this must be the dad?" Dr. Wilson asked.

"Yes, my name is Liam." I said shaking her hand before sitting down.

"Okay Ana, so how far do you estimate you are?" Dr. Wilson asked, getting the ultrasound machine ready.

"Around maybe 10 weeks?" Ana said.

"Okay, let's check." Dr. Wilson said, putting the gel on Ana's small bump, and moving around the ultrasound tool.

"Do you want to see your babies Ana and Liam?" Dr. Wilson asked.

"Twins?" Ana and I both said.
