Liam's POV
I sat at Ana's bedside, holding her hand and stroking her face gently.
Why? Of all people, I can't believe Sophia who put my pregnant girlfriend in a coma.
There was a knock on the door, and she came walking in. I can't believe she has the audacity to come here, especially since she put Ana here.
"Hey Liam, I just wanted to visit you and Ana. Oh also, congrats on the baby!" Sophia smiled.
"Get out Sophia. You put Ana here in the first place!" I yelled.
"Well, I just wanted to let you know that there's a surprise in store for you and Ana in the near future." Sophia said before leaving.
What did she mean? There's a surprise for you and Ana in the near future? Whatever she said didn't matter right now, only Ana matters right now.
"Hi, my name is Dr. Hans and I'm the on call doctor right now. We've figured out the babies are fine, but Ana will need to be in here a week after she wakes up, which should be soon." she said.
When she left, I just broke down crying. I clutched Ana's hand and spoke to her.
"Ana, please just wake up. I need you, the boys need you, our babies need you. A lot of people are worried about you. Just please wake up." I cried.
Then, her arm moved.
"Liam, it's fine. I'm okay." Ana spoke in a raspy voice.
