Just a quick explanation on how I plan to organise this roleplay.
I will, once I have everything written up, put up one chapter on the species and one for forms.
You will create your forms and based on these, I will choose the species of your character. I will private message your species and you are not to reveal it outside the roleplay, or openly in descriptions (as in literally stating their species not physical description, though keep it discrete in that too!). This is simply because I believe it will be more interesting if you and the characters both genuinely don't know what species you're interacting with.
