Tackling the Innocent... Maybe

Heyo everyone!

This is so not right! While we were captured in a eveul torture lab, she made friends with the bad guys! And they were still too close together.

When the door burst down, Annabeth and the guy jumped up, obviously startled. I growled, my eyes fixed on the guy. Max walked up next to me, followed by the flock, who blocked the door.

The two stared at us, the scientist, with fear, Annabeth, with curiosity. Maybe she recognized me! But the other guy, he was getting on my nerves. I took a step forward, and growled.

"Why are these people important, X?" Max asked. Good, it might be better if they didn't know it was me. I looked up at her, trying to tell her. It looked like she got the message.

"Oh!" Nudge whispered to Angel who shushed her.

"Project X?" Scientist dude whispered in awe. Ya, he should be amazed. Then his face turned white. "I know your DNA is twisted! You are dangerous! Get away from us!"

Yeah, notice how he said "us"... So, now, I'll have to kill him!

I growled, talking a step towards him. But he backed up, putting Annabeth behind him. This guy is so annoying! He thinks he's her protector? Now i'm gunna kill him!

I was so mad I launched myself on him, knocking him over. He groaned as his head hit the corner off a table. "Dean!" Annabeth screamed.

And that just made me more mad. I growled at Annabeth, staying on top of Dean. She took out her knife but I knew she didn't want to hurt me, even though she doesn't know who I am. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!

I growled a warning and an understanding passed between us. I wasn't here to hurt them. "X, off." Max said and I looked at her. "It obviously doesn't understand you." Annabeth said, uttering mortal under her breath. "Watch!" Max said cockily. "X, get off the scientist, drag him to the girl, come back my my side, and sit next to me. But if the scientist moves... get him!"

Grudgingly I obeyed and Annabeth's mouth was wide open! That felt good, to see her surprised!

"So, its just a dog." Annabeth said shakily. That made me mad. Isn't she smart? She should know its me by now! And she's cradeling Dean! This wolf form is not helping my cause.

I felt my anger bubble and an image of me in human form flashed in my mind and suddenly I was in human form. "Percy!" Max scolded, but I didn't care. I know she was enjoying this but I wasn't. "Percy?" Annabeth whispered, like she couldn't believe it was me. "Just a dog?" I growled. "I thought maybe you could tell it was me, I tried to tell you!"

"Yeah, his eyes are the same color anyway!" Gazzy commented, but shut his mouth at the glares he got.

"And while I was trying to escape from this torture chamber, you were making friends with the bad guys! Very good friends apparently!" I let all my anger out as she stared at me. "What did they do to you?" she asked. Seriously, that's what she asks first! "Why do you care," I said coldly, "just go back to Dean."

My heart fell as I saw her broken face but she deserved this. "Come on flock." I said heading out.

"Percy, just listen to me! It's an honest mistake. Please just listen to me!" she yelled and for some reason, I complyed. "Just make this quick." I snarled. This will take a while...

Oh! Tension, between Percabeth. Don't worry they'll stick it through! OR NOT! DUN DUN DUN!
