"Are you sure about this?" I asked, leaning apprehensively in the doorway. "It's going to hurt."

"She already has a tattoo, how bad could it be?" Claire asked, sitting on the counter top.

"Yeah! We already numbed it!" Cassidy said grinning, "Besides, I've always wanted earrings!"

"Don't be a fun killer." Krissy teased, holding the third ice cube to the top Cassidy's left ear.

"Wow, just being cautious!" I raised my hands in defense, smiling at the other girls. This was the most time I had spent around girls my age in the total time of three years.

"Ready Cassidy?" Claire asked, handing Krissy the sterile needle. She nodded slightly.

"One, Two, Three." Krissy counted before piercing the needle through the cartilage.

"Motherf-" Cass yelled, gripping the counter. The sound of thundering feet raced up the stairs.

Dean, Sam and Castiel basically plowed me out of the way, a look of alarm and fatherly concern plastered on their faces. All four of us girls, looked at this perplexed.

"Dudes, what the hell?" Claire asked, patting the counter for me to join her.

The jumbled mess of, "We heard a scream. Are you okay? Why are you all in here? Is someone hurt?" Assaulted us as the three of them demanded answers.

"We were piercing my ears," Cassidy said, leaning forward on the closed toilet seat.

"Why did you scream!" Sam stated, a perplexed and concerned look of fatherly confusion.

"My ear wasn't as numb as I thought it was...so it... kinda hurt when the needle went through..."

"Dude, I thought you said it was okay!" Krissy exclaimed, turning to the youngest girl.

"I thought it was!" A whole new waves of bickering broke out between us and the guys. Some things were said along the lines of "Too protective," "Why do it at home?" "Irresponsible" and "Infections."

"My god." A deep voice cut through all of us. We all turned, and as always there stood Bobby, a duffel bag in one hand, boots in the other. "I leave for four days and ya idjits turn the house into a goddamn summer camp." We were all kind of dumbfounded. "Cassidy, what the hell is in your ear?" He asked. Attention was turned to the needle still lodged in my sister's ear.

"A needle..." He raised an eyebrow, "We were piercing my ears..." Bobby closed his eyes and chuckled quietly, shaking his head.

"Boys, they're fine. Just being kids." He said looking at between the three father figures before him.

"But-" Sam began. Bobby gave him "The Look," silencing all protest. Mildly irritated and unsure, the three men left us, and the four of us girls looked at Bobby.

"Thanks Bobby," Krissy said with a smile. Bobby grinned back in return.

"Nothing new to me. Karen, my wife, always had her nieces staying with us. Should have seen me the night they decided to pierce their own ears. Worse than your dad." He said looking at me. "Go easy on them, you four. You'll stress 'em to death." Smiling, we all nodded in understanding. Shaking his head, but still smiling, Bobby went to put his stuff away up stairs. Mumbling about summer camps, kids, and idjits.

Needless to say, we finished up Cassidy's ears quickly and made sure that the other ear was all the way numb. Claire gave Cassidy a pair of studs to go in the piercings. I hadn't worn earrings since finding Dad, so I didn't have any left. Krissy, proud of her handy work, told Cassidy to remember to keep the clean with rubbing alcohol, even if it burned.
