Even fools would somehow know that they would fall victim to this golden lady's charm. And if one weren't a fool, they would know how to make the golden lady fall for him too.

Ezreal wasn't a fool.

He is still leaning on something solid, so he probably hasn't fallen yet. Not that anyone would bother opening the door. There was still a pressure on his lap so Lux hasn't probably woken up yet.

He didn't want to gaze down. fearing that he'll get caught staring. She seemed too still to be asleep.  She's forcefully holding her breath, which makes it all the more obvious. She's playing with him, trying to see if he would brush her hair again.

I do want to.

He decides to play along. He couldn't hold it in, so he lets out a small chuckle, as quiet a chuckle can be. She probably could tell that he knew she was fibbing, but is fine either way. He could tell she was barely keeping her grin from bursting out.

"Oh, how I can't resist the urge to brush this fine woman's hair, like a baby." He bluffs, accenting his motives.

He slowly goes for her forehead with his hand, slowly moving. "Oh, it's calling out to me. I must fulfill my duty, both as a man, and as a lover!" He slowly tickles her forehead with his fingers, tapping against the soft skin with a fixed rhythm.

Her grin shoots out across her face as her dimples sink deeper and deeper into her skin. She can't help but feel tickled as he slowly brushes her hair. Carefully brushing her hair as gently as he could. Her face becomes less tense and relaxes.

She's giving in.

She teases him with aroused chants of his name. Different pitches as she whispers the name. She would occasionally let out a soft shriek, intentionally annoying him. He would blush if it weren't for his act keeping him in character.

"Argh, this is too hard!" He sighs as he turns away from Lux.

Lux sits straight and giggles at the coward Ezreal. He brushes her hair off and make sounds of disappointment at him.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." She tutters. "That won't do."

"What do you mean, won't do?"

She slowly moves closer to Ezreal and eventually closes the distance between them. She whispers in his ear, playing with him once more.

"Too vulnerable."

Ezreal startles as the hair on his skin stands up. She once again, giggles as Ezreal goes all whimsy.

"Stop that, will you?" Ezreal, as if were stifling, goes all red and flicks Lux with his finger on her forehead.

Ezreal furrowed his brow and grouches at Lux, which she seems to disregard. Ezreal opens his mouth to spew and huff more complaints, but stops himself. He didn't want to ruin the fun. He could see it in her pure, dazzling eyes that she meant no harm.

He just smiles and Lux seems to appreciate it. It was probably the right move, no, it is the right move. As glad as he was, he couldn't help but think what was going on on Lux's mind. Her smile slowly fades away as her head slowly sinks with her bow.

"Hey, anything wrong Lux?" He snaps his finger, calling her attention.

Startled as she returned to her senses. She smiles and then waves a wave of 'it's nothing', refusing any form of disclosure. Maybe he shouldn't ask about it. Meddling in other people's business may be one thing, but he fears she'll think of him as somewhat pushy.

"Hey, uhm, so there's this festival in Piltover..." Ezreal says, trying to take her mind off it.

She didn't move an inch. She's still deep in thought. Maybe changing the subject was a bad move. Consulting her about it and letting her open up to him should be the suggested course of action.
