Part 19

The couple had a splendid time and tommorow  was the last day of their honey moon Dev who wad a sleep on the bed woke up at midnight and started to feel around for Sonakshi. When he did not find her Dev got up and searched the whole room. She was still missing he asked the manager and made all the staff members to start searching for her
" I don't care I want my wife and if anything happens to her you'll pay for it"
" but sir she is your wife and she has the right to move around so she must be on the beach and anyways who would want to stay with such a grumpy man "
"  how dare... ""  aahhhhhh....  Help.... Please save me"
" Sonakshi this is sonakshi's voice "
Dev rushes towards the beach and sees a man throwing Sonakshi into the sea. Sonakshi new how to swim but that was not the problem but the problem was that her hands and feet were tied up.
"  hey stop dare you throw her then " his words were incomplete as one seeing him he threw her into the sea and ran away Dev ran behind the man  but he got away. Dev ran towards the sea and plunged into it. He swam till he got hold of Sonakshi. Sonakshi by now was unconscious as a lot of water had entered into her lungs. Dev pushed her towards the shore and gave CPR to her. After a while she coughed and regained conscious
" Sonakshi.. Tum theek ho how did this happen "
"  Dev " she weekly replied"  I am fine. I was walking in the corridor and returning back when someone made me unconscious. The next thing I knew was that I.. Cough.....  I was here.. Cough"  she started to cough badly and Dev patted her back he had called the police and doctor. He picked Sonakshi and carried her back to the room. He made her lie down and the doctor and police arrived. The doctor checked her while Dev gave the police the details after which they left for investigation
" Mr dixit she's fine only needs rest. You can take her back to your country ""  thank you"
The doctor left an Dev locked the room am sat down beside Sonakshi. She tried to sit up straight
" leti raho.. You need rest " she obliges but keeps her head in his lap he strokes her hair but does not look at her
"  gussa ho"
" nahi bus upset hun... If I had not come on time then... "
"  Dev but look I am fine na.. Now come on smile "
She faintly smiles.  The whole night he  stays awake attending to her slightest need be it going to the washroom or to drink water.
She was having a high fever so he kept changing the cloth..
She woke up after a while"  Dev " "  hmm" " who is behind this"
" I don't know but whoever it is will pay for this" she hugs him and makes him lie down beside her. They doze off with Sonakshi sprawled all over him and his hands around her waist.

I know I said I will post only on weekends but was down with fever and was at home so got bored and posted it today
