Depressed (Epilogue)

Marco then woke up. He realized it was all but a dream. He was in the safety of his own bed. He then started to cry and hid his face in the pillows. The door then opened, it was Star.

"Marco are you alright? I swore i heard you scre-" she stopped as soon as she saw the latino crying. "Oh my god! What the- what happened to you? Are you alright?" she said as she went near him and held his shoulder to comfort him

Marco then jumped out of his bed and embraced the princess tightly. Star was shocked, but she hugged him back anyways.

"Star! Don't you ever leave me!"

"W-why would i leave you?" the princess laughed nervously.

"You were dead! You killed yourself because of me! I'm sorry Star!"

"Marco, you don't need to be sorry. I'm right here, i would never get mad at you."

"No, i just can't!"

"Can't what?"

"I-I can't lose you! I can't! I have no purpose without you! So don't you ever leave me! I-I love you!" he said as he felt a heavy burden was suddenly lifted of him. The princess just stayed there, blushing madly.

"M-marco."

She was interrupted as the latino's pair of lips connected to her's. As they pull apart from each other, Marco had already calmed down, and Star was still blushing.

"Star will you please stay with me tonight? Please?" he said as he held Star's small, soft, and delicate hands. The softness of her palms soothed Marco's aching head.

She chuckled. "Of course, anything for you." she said, smiling.

And so they closed the door, turned of the lights, and laid on the latino's bed, embracing each other as if there was nothing that could pull them apart from each other.

"Don't you ever leave me, never." he said.

"Of course dum-dum."

And at that, Marco just chuckled. He kissed Star's forehead, and then she was fast asleep.

He looked at her one last time, "Buenos noches mi amor..." was all he said before he himself was lulled into deep slumber.
