Immortality? Really?

I came to on my soft bed.

"Ow." I groaned, rubbing my head, "What happened?"

I've got to stop having these weird dreams.

"You fainted and hit your head on a trunk." A voice came from my left.

I turned around and came face to face with a certain brown-eyed boy.

So, it wasn't a dream. Good to know.

Everything went black.

💀

I came to again still on my bed.

"You're not going to faint again, right?" Leonardo asked warily.

I didn't reply. I just kept on staring at him.

He came out of nowhere in front of me. Is my mind playing tricks on me? I don't think that I'm creative enough to conjour up a person like him though.

"Victoria?" He waved a hand in front if my face.

I blinked. "Do we really know each other?"

"Yes?" He looked puzzled. Well, that makes two of us.

"When was the last time you saw me?" I asked.

"1864."

Whoa. Okay.

I can't believe that I'm so calm about this.

"How old are you?"

"Sixteen."

He says he's sixteen, yet the last time he saw me was in 1864. He's definitely gone bonkers.

"Okay." I swallowed. "What are you?"

"I don't get your question." He said.

"Are you a ghost?"

He laughed. "They're no such things as ghosts."

"Spirit?"

"No."

"Demon?"

He smirked. "Do I look demonic to you?"

"Angel?"

"I've been told that I look like one."

"Vampire?"

He laughed, "Where do you get your ideas from?"

"Fine, then. Lost soul?"

He shook his head, still smiling.

"Then tell me. What the heck are you and how do you know me?!" I threw my hands up in frustration.

"I'm just a normal teenage boy." He said.

"Uhmm.."

"Who happens to have magical powers and is immortal." He continued.

"Okay." I said. "Okay. Am I being Punk'd right now?"

Leonardo laughed. "You don't believe me?"

"Of course I don't believe you. Boys don't materialise out of thin air. There's no such thing as magic. And immortality? Really?"

I started laughing.

"You're funny, Leonardo Raphael Gerardo Donatello. You're catastrophically hilarious."

"If I'm lying to you then how can I do this?"

Leonardo's eyes turned golden and his hair changed from dirty blond to black.

The room was so cold, Antartica would be considered hot.

"Oh and you asked me how I knew you." He said.
