Carter's POV

April 2013

I'm currently sitting here in a waiting room, bored out of my mind, but he is still there. He cheated on me and since then I cant be the same.

I've gone though every interesting magazine in the room and every unnecessary pamphlet, that the doctors surgery has to offer.

And to be honest I have no clue what I'm doing in here, yes I do have a killer headache, but do I really need to go to a doctors surgery for this?

I don't know. But mum always goes to the doctors when she gets headaches, so it must be something that runs in the family...

After what seems like forever my name gets called "Carter Allan, you can come in now"

I walk slowly into the room and sit awkwardly down on the seat.

"So Carter, what brings you here today?" the doctor asks cheerfully, too cheerfully.

"um I have a headache" I say awkwardly. The doctor looks at me weirdly then asks "have you taken any headache pills?"

I flash back to the morning when I took a tablet. But they did me no good.

I begin telling the doctor about my headache story and how my mum has headaches and she goes to the doctor when she gets them.

The doctor soon dismisses me telling me I should just sleep and drink loads of water.

I walk out of the room and walk towards the receptionist, who has a warm smile. She gives me the bill and I pay and walk out of the room.

As soon as I open the door I feel a huge gush of wind, the coldness hits my skin and I begin to shiver, shit.

I run out the door and hurry along to my car. I turn the ignition on, and turn the heater on full blast.

As I drive my headache weirdly starts to go away, and I immediately feel really light headed. I decide that the best thing to do it pull over at the next petrol station.

I try to keep my eyes on the road but I feel like I'm gonna fant.  I begin to see a station in the distance. I dont even know if it is a station. my eyes are so blurry. I but my foot on the exhaust and go full speed. I'm not sure what happened next but what I do know was a heard a boom.

a-n so that is chapter 1.... I hope you guys liked it.. I'm gonna start writing this fanfiction now :) and my aim is to update twice a week...
