Chapter 16

Previously on Chapter 15

"Please... Y/N. You're not loong gone. I know... There's still good in you" he whispers. This time I push him harder. My eyes turned back to gold. "I'm evil?! You! *pointing at him* Stay away from me!" I say, then turn to fly with full speed. This time Jack couldn't catch me.

I'm back in my room, Dad's lair. I went to bed and flop myself on top of it. "I'm sorry Jack... I'm so sorry" I cried myself to sleep. I wish I was never born. I wouldn't have to choose between two paths like this.

-Turning Back to Normal-

Y/N P.O.V

I was awaken from my sleep by dad. "Dad? What's wrong?" I ask sleepily. "Come on Y/N... We're gonna attack the Guardians again" he said. I heart sank... I don't wanna hurt them again. Dad didn't know that I'm slowly changing back to normal.

"Does it have to be today?" I ask sleepily. "Yes! It has to be today!" He said. I huffed and get up. "What's wrong, Y/N? Aren't you thrilled?" I decided to just play along. I smirk and chuckle darkly "oh I'm more than just thrill! I can't wait to see those Guardians in pain" I say. Dad pat my back "that's my Daughter!" He cheers.

We create our usual ride. Then we went out of our lair and head to the Guardians place. The North Pole.

After a while of flying we finally reached the pole. Dad went in first while I stayed outside for a bit. I have to decide who's side I'm in it's now or never.

Jack's P.O.V

I sigh. Is there any chance for me to get Y/N back? I know that she's not long gone. I know there's still good in her heart. If doesn't... She would've killed me when I met her at the pole.

'There has to be a way to get her back to normal... But what?' My thoughts were cut off by a dark laughter from the spirit we all know too well.

"Hello... Guardians." He spat the word Guardians. Why did he have to come now! Ugh... Always bad timing. Well... What to expect from an evil spirit. Of course! They would come suddenly. No one will ask for permission to enter when they're trying to attack.

"What do you want, Pitch" I growl. "Aww. Don't be like that, Jack" he said, faking sweet. I felt disgusted. "I wanna destroy you..." He said. I just glare at him "you can't do more damage on me than you already are!" I say. "Why?" "You took her away from me! You took Y/N!" "You make it sound like I kidnap Y/N... Why would I kidnap my own Daughter" he said chuckling. I hate how he finds this funny. Then again he's the bad guy. He wouldn't care how others are feeling. "Okay! Enough with the chit chatting! Let's get to business!" He said charging at me.

The others helps me to fight him. They know that I'm not stable. Pitch is getting a lot stronger. We're loosing.

It's been 15 minutes since the battle starts. The others have been knocked out cold. I'm the last one standing and I refuse to go down. Who knows what he'd do to us if we're all out. But then I'm already out of energy. He shot one more hit and I blacked out. The last thing I see is a figure in front of me. Battling against Pitch.

Y/N P.O.V

I've made my decision. That decision is... I'll destroy Pitch Black and that decision... Is final!!

I made my way inside the workshop. I flew to the hall. Since it's the biggest room inside here. Perfect place for battle and I was right there they are.

I look around the room to see everyone except Jack had been knocked out cold. Jack wasn't in a good shape. Dad has gotten stronger. Soon he was knocked out too. Dad was about to shoot another black sand when I appear in front of Jack. I blocked his attack. "What do you think you're doing, Y/N?!" He yells at me. "I'm not gonna let you hurt him. I'm done! I don't wanna hurt him or any of them anymore!" I yelled back. He looks shock at me. Then his face went from surprise to anger "Y/N! You're my Daughter! You're suppose to be on my side!" "I don't ask to your Daughter! I don't want to hurt them and I won't let you!" I scream. He tries to attack me. He may have gotten stronger.... But I'm a lot more stronger. I use my shield I always use as a Guardian and block his attacks "you may gotten stronger.... But you can't ever be stronger than me!" I shot light his way. He knows that as well so he ran away.

I turn around to the unconscious Guardians. I sigh.... I went to them. One by one I carried them to their rooms. I healed each one of them after I laid them on their bedroom bed. Lastly is Jack. I took him to his room and gently laid him there. I heal him as well. I'm not used to healing people so it's not that strong. I'm only able to close their wounds.

Once I'm done I stayed for a bit just looking at him. I wrote a note and left.

Jack P.O.V

I woke up and look around. I was confused. Shouldn't I be in the hall battling against Pitch. How did I got here? Then I remembering the figure appearing and fight against Pitch. Who's that person.

I look to my side to see a note on my bedside table. I sit up groaning in pain. I lift up my shirt and shocked the wound is healed. I lean on my headboard and pick up the note. I was shocked by what's written on the note.

Dear,
Jack

I'm sorry for everything. You're right... there is still good in me. But I'm too ashamed to come back to you and the others.

You may be confused. So I'm gonna get it straight for you. I'm the figure appearing in front of you to fight against Pitch. Yes... I'm going against my dad. I don't wanna hurt you or the others anymore.

Oh! I've you're probably wondering how your wound is healed. I heal them as well as the others. But I'm not use to this healing thing. So I'm not strong enough. I'm only capable of closing the wound. So don't move too much. You'll reopen them if you do. It'll take about a week or so for it to completely heal.

Thank you Jack... Thank you for still believing that I still have good in me.

I was happy. She's back to normal. I have to find her and convince her to come back. She belonged here. But I have to wait until I'm fully recovered.
