Time To Give Birth

Lauren's pov: I was two days over due and sick of being pregnant. I was sitting in bed because Alex told me to take it easy and he would get me anything I want. He is such a great husband. About thirty ON after eating breakfast I start to feel cramped up so I called Alex.
Lauren: baby come here for a second. Alex ran upstairs to check on Lauren.
Alex: What's up baby.
Lauren: I'm not sure but I think I'm having contractions. They are seriously painful and every 5 minutes.
Alex: let's get you to the hospital and see what is going on. They got to the hospital and alex tells the lady at the front desk.
Alex: I need help my wife thinks she might be going into labor. her contractions are every 5 minutes. They got Lauren a wheelchair and alex takes her upstairs to labor and delivery. Once there Lauren has a big contraction and says.
Lauren: OW THIS HURTS SO BAD GET ME THE EPIDURAL NOW. the  Nurse calls the doctor to give her the epidural and about 20 minutes she is able to relax. Three hours later the nurse comes back in and says.
Nurse: I need to check you and see how much you have progessed.
Lauren: ok
Nurse: you are 7 centimeters dialated so it will be a while. the baby is born so just try and get some rest. Lauren gives the nurse a smile. After three more hours the nurse comes back in and checks Lauren and says.
Nurse: you are fully dialated and it's time to start pushing. Alex then gets up and puts his hand behind her to support her as she pushed. After Thirty minutes of pushing the doctor says.
Doctor: the baby isn't coming down I need you to push harder or I will have to use the vacuum. She then starts pushing harder than before an hour went by and the baby still wasn't born. The doctor then says.
Doctor: it's been two hours and the baby still hasn't come so before the situation becomes an emergency I think it will be best for your safety and the baby's to go ahead and do a c-section. Lauren then says.
Lauren: ok all I want is a safe healthy baby. The doctor then tells the nurse to call the operating room and get everything ready. About thirty minutes later the surgery starts and alex sits by Lauren and holds her hand with one and strokes her hair with his other hand. twenty minutes later they hear a cry and Lauren looks at Alex and says.
Lauren: is that the baby
Alex: yes it is. He then walks over to where the baby is and says to Lauren.
Alex: we have a beautiful daughter baby. Lauren then starts to cry and says.
Lauren: let me see her. Alex then gives her the baby and says.
Alex: she is beautiful huh baby.
Lauren: yeah she is. What should we name her. Alex thought for a second and says...
