Baby Time

Alex's pov: Lauren and I decided that we wanted to wait until the baby was born to find out the gender. Lauren was 3 days past her due date and things definitely started to get a little crazy. One day I was playing with everly when I heard Lauren call my name.
Lauren : ALEX GET IN HERE NOW MY WATER BROKE!! Alex then grabbed everly and went downstairs to check on Lauren. When he got there he saw Lauren freaked out and says.
Alex: Baby what is wrong. Lauren then says.
Lauren: my water broke that's what is wrong. They quickly got everything ready and left for Aaron's house so he could watch everly for the night. After They drop everly off they went straight to the hospital. once They where there Alex told the lady at the front desk. my wife is in labor and needs a wheelchair. The nurse got Lauren a wheelchair and alex takes her upstairs to labor and delivery. They got everything set up then the nurse says.
Nurse: I'm going to check you and see how much you have progessed. She checked Lauren and says.
Nurse: your 5 centimeters dialated so it will be a couple of hours before the baby comes. Lauren then says.
Lauren:  can I have an epidural. The nurse then says yes and gets the doctor to give her the epidural. 20 minutes later she is able to relax. three hours later the nurse comes back in and says.
Nurse: I'm going to check you and see how much you have progessed. She then checked Lauren and says.
Nurse: your fully dialated so it is time to start pushing. Alex then gets up and puts his hand behind her to support her as she pushed. After 5 pushes the baby is born and it's a healthy baby boy.  They decided to name him Ethan. Alex cut the cord and says to Lauren.
Alex: you did so good baby. I'm proud of you. He then gives her a kiss and goes to where the baby is. The nurse weighed him and he was 6.Ibs 7ozs and 21inches long. They then call their families and friends to tell them the news. After that they watch a little t.v. and take a nap. Two hours later Aaron arrived with everly and says
Aaron: look who is here to see her baby brother. Alex then gets up and takes everly and says.
Alex: everly look this is Ethan your baby brother. Everly smiles and reached out to Lauren so Alex hands her to Lauren. He then asked Aaron if he would like to hold Ethan and Aaron said.
Aaron: yeah I would. Alex then gives Aaron Ethan and they take a few pictures Alex gives Ethan to Lauren and wrapped his arms around her while Aaron takes a picture of them. He then text it to Lauren so she can post it to instagram. After That Aaron picked up everly and went home to put her to bed. As soon as Aaron left Lauren post the picture on instagram with the caption. My loves #couldn't be happier. She then fed Ethan and gave him to Alex so he could burp him and change his diaper. They then watch a movie and fall asleep.
