Chapter 15: Is he cheating?

I walk into the main hallway. I'm turning in a paper for English. I walk by the gym to see Ty for an early surprise. But instead I see a girl all over him. He makes eye contact with me. "Chance! Baby!" He calls out.

I realize it's Jaclyn. She basically wants everyone's boyfriend. But she ain't getting mine. My Dad always tells me protect what's yours an defend what needs to be defended.

"You seriously going out with this broad." She says. I know she ain't coming out the side of her neck like that.

"I know I hold it down for him. Unlike you who has ran through every guy in this building. But I'm not letting you take what's mine away from me. Now get the stepping." I say as I step in front of Tyshawn.

I'm face to face looking at her. "I'm not scared of the 49ers quarter back's daughter. And you may want to check your boyfriend. Cause i got my eyes on him." She says as she brushes past me.

I turn to Tyshawn. "What's up with that? I don't appreciate you in that gold diggers face Ty. I'm not good enough for you huh? Is that it? I'm not good enough. Maybe you need some space. I'm out call me when you get your mind right." I say.

I felt the tears come down my face. I love Tyshawn. But I'm not letting him play me.
