During her pregnancy Lily was all nesting and making D.I.Y stuff so this made her realize she had a knack for it. Therefore she wants to have her own YouTube channel and esty store. And I want to help with that. During Lily pregnancy I made her pick out a house for us. She fall in love with a 10 bedroom house with a nice big yard with a pool that is perfect for the dogs and the kids. She helped me decorate the whole house except some guest rooms, she says because she wanted the place to be baby proof but I don't think that's the case.
Anyway with the help of some celeb friends, we made one of the guest rooms into a blogger den cave thing for her. Amara is down for a nap and I'm trying to lead Lily into her blogger room.
"I'm not falling for that I need to show you something shit. No sex.
"Woman, I'm not trying to get you to have sex with me right now. I designed one of the guest rooms and wanted your opinion.
"Oh my bad. Lead the way
She follows me to the door painted blue. I open it up and grab her arm to pull her inside.
"Omg!
"Surprise! You like? Your very own blogger room.
"In your house.
"No it's our house. You picked it out and the house is in both of our names.
"What?
"Yup so I can't even try to get stupid and kick you out. I want you with me forever. I love you.
I get one Knee and show her the ring.
"Lily, Will you marry me?
"Wow.
She starts pacing and this isn't the scenario that I had in my head. Mines was she said yes and then we make love on this carpet floor.
"Why should I marry you?
"Cause we both love each other and we have a kid together.
"I'm not in love with you.
I clench my jaw and walk out. Fuck this and fuck her!
She runs after me and now we are face to face outside of my house.
"Odell please wait. I want to explain
"For what? Your not in love with me.
"But I do love you. First all the is the first time you've consistently haven't treated me like a sex toy. You played mind games with me since I've met you. Why the hell would I say yes? Just because we have a child together? It doesn't work like that. Therefore we will spend lots of time together and if you still feel the same way in a year or two then we can get married.
"An year or two?! You don't think I can do it.
"You can do whatever you put your mind to One hand catch. By the way, that ring is really pretty.
She walks back into the house and I follow behind her. I'm glad she caught me cause I was about to do go do something stupid. I will give Lily all the time she wants. I know we belong together.
