"Thomas?!" John shook the unconscious man, his tone panicked. No one was left in the bar besides John himself, Thomas, Hercules, James and Aaron, who had arrived amidst the whole brawl. Hercules had kicked everyone out as soon as things got too out of hand, but not before a few people got hurt pretty badly, like Thomas for example.
He had bruises everywhere, and a few boot prints on his shirt from people walking on him after he had hit the floor.
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god," James rambled, his breathing rushed. Sure John was panicked, but his state looked calm and cool compared to James, who was a hyperventilating mess.
"James," Aaron said, trying to gain James' attention. "Maddie honey, look at me," Aaron put his hands on James' shoulders. James complied, his worried eyes meeting Aaron's calm ones. "It's going to be okay, just breathe," James nodded, his breathing calming a bit. Aaron smiled, wrapping his arms around James. "It's gonna be okay."
"Well aren't you two cute," Hercules chuckled, taking a swig from the beer in his hand.
"We're not- He's not my-" Aaron tripped over his words, a blush clear on his face. "We're not together," Hercules raised an eyebrow, smirking. Aaron huffed, feeling his face heat up even more. "Shouldn't we be a little more worried about Thomas than the status of my relationship with James?"
"Yes, we should," John cut in. "Hercules, could you come lift him for me, we need to get him off the floor. I'm not strong enough," Hercules set his beer down before effortlessly lifting Thomas into his arms.
"John, where are we going to put him? Maybe we could take him back to your apartment-"
"No!" John said firmly, and quite loudly. "Hercules, he could be there, and I am definitely not risking bringing Thomas over if he's there. What about your place?"
"Nope, Laf's parents are over, and it wouldn't make me look good if I came waltzing in with an unconscious man in my arms," Hercules said, shrugging. "They already hate me, I'd rather not make it worse." John sighed, rubbing his temples, trying to think.
"M-My place," James said, making everyone's attention turn to him. "We could bring him there." Hercules turned to John with a raised eyebrow.
John nodded. "Perfect."
