Highschool parties these days. You either go or risk your social reputation, you go dressed improperly you risk your social reputation, or you go and you do nothing crazy, you risk your social reputation.

You were a big party person, only because you go with your huge group of friends. What happens is they all come to your house to get ready and do each others make up and hair, fit in a van blasting music, and go.

This trine though, you were confused when your friends came over with swim suits.

"So you didn't hear? This isn't just a party, its a pool party." Your friend Dee explained to you. You froze. Your other friend, Kyla, saw your sudden expression and tried to calm you down. "Hun, I swear you're gonna be fine. Anyways, pool parties do equal to cute shirtless guys."

You weren't really open to that type of discussion, but you just faked it so you don't seem wimpy of any sort. Sure you had good looking guys in your school, but you never really had a crush on any of them, and didn't expect to.

"I don't even have a good selection of swimwear." You blankly confirmed before seeing a bag with forever 21 written on it. "You surely don't know how many times we've been in your closet, do you?" Your other friend, Alicia, giggled. "We picked the perfect one for you, especially since we know someone who has an 'interest' in you."

All of them snickered at your now lost expression. "Who is he?" You asked out of curiosity. "You'll figure out sooner or later. Just know you're lucky as hell. Now let's get ready!"

You all arrived the huge mansion filled with shirtless guys and girls with bikinis. "We're heading to the buffet. You coming?" Kyla asked. "Nah. I'll meet you up later." You declined. She smirked. "Good choice. I saw him outside." Then walked to the buffet.

You were very curios about this person with a so called "interest" in you. You wondered who he is, yet you not having an interest in finding anybody at the moment. You made your way to the back of the house where people were splashing into the pool and dancing to the music.

You walked in looking a bit shy, since you never were really abandoned at parties. You were used to your friends dragging you to wherever. You stood and stared at the pool with a small look of fright.

"What, you're scared?" You turned around to see the bitchy one, Tess, with her clones.

"Hell no. This is even smaller than places I've been." You stood up for yourself, the lying not making this situation better. "I'd like to see you jump. Looked like you were gonna piss yourself just a little bit." She sneered. You froze again.

"Go on. I promise the water isn't cold." She said with fake innocence, batting her glue on lashes. You hesitated for about 10 seconds before she made a move. "Alright then. If you don't wanna get in yourself, I'll help you."

"Wait!-" you tried to explain but your world became immersed in water. You scrambled around as you sank lower and lower. You can't swim, and what a damn deep pool this was. You tried to go up, but that last rope of hope was yet to break. You closed your eyes just giving up from the lack of air until you were pulled up by the waist by someone.

You reached ashore to see a muscular guy with platinum blonde hair covering his face. He must've been the new kid in school because this is the only person with hair this light of a shade. You can't lie though, in this setting he looked gorgeous.

He was heavily breathing while looking at you through the hair that was matted on top of his eyes, still holding you by your waist but he was pressed against you. "You okay?" He asked with a hint of concern in his voice.

"Y-yeah. I'm fine." You managed too stutter while also breathing heavily from not witnessing this air for what seemed like years. "Thanks."

"No problem." He huffed. "I couldn't just leave you there." After so he lead you to where the stairs were before you remembered something. "Hey, do you mind to get my slides?" He nodded and sunk down, just to return a few seconds later with your peachy slides that are now wet.

"Damn you're fast." You complimented astonished as he passed the slides over. "Thank you again."  He smiled the cutest smile you've seen with a "Again, no problem."

You stood there just to quickly be accompanied by your friends. "We heard and came as quick as we can. You good?" One of your friends Natalie asked you. You nodded. "Yeah. I'm perfect." "Thank God for the water proof makeup. A little runny but we could fix some of that. Also how are you perfect? Something happen?"

"All I will tell you is I witnessed God with my own eyes." Your friends all ooed, following with you telling them to shut up and an embarrassed but flattered Y/N. After coming out from the few touch ups with hairs and make up, your friends were ranting about how we should get Tess back until Dee finally said "We could use the water guns and shoot her from different angles! You know how that girl hates getting surprised!"

Everyone agreed and was praising Dee from her idea that you also thought was pretty good. "Alright, alright people. I know I'm a genius, but we gotta keep it low if were gonna to surprise her." All of you immediately settled down.

As soon as you did, Jeno, the new kid, and a group of 6 guys came over. "We overheard your little plan. Care for us to join?" Jeno asked. "Sure thing." You agreed. "You guys good at aim?"

"Can this answer your question?" He asked, flexing his arm to see bulging muscles with some veins. Your eyes went wide and you almost passed out. "Okay Jeno, but don't need none of that." Mark said jokingly pushing him out of the way. "Yeah, we are. We shoot each other with Nerf guns for fun."

"Great." Kyla beams while clapping her hands. "So this is the set up." Everyone was going to be in a circle since there is 12 in total, all of them taking cover while you tell her something and run off before they could shoot.

"She's oughta get the 3D experience outta this shit." Dee smiled. After everyone loaded up and took their places, you approached Tess and her minions at the beach chairs. "Hi Tess. I just wanna say thank you for pushing me into that pool. It was a very pleasant surprise, so I got one for you."

You ran off and that's when Chenle yelled "Fire!" Water streamed from the different directions you and Jeno's friends were, showering them in water. They all screamed, and one of their lashes fell off, causing you to choke of laughter. They stormed off mumbling the alphabet of cuss words as everyone at the party laughed at them.

"Perfect guys you gave everyone a high five and stopped at Jeno and shook his hand. "Nice working with you." "You could work with me some more if you let me pick you up tomorrow at 4?" Man he's smooth. "Its a date." You said and walked off with a smile after letting go of his hand.

"If you didn't know, he was Mr. Interested." Kyla laughed. "I figured Mr. Interested asked me out tomorrow." Kyla gasped. "Really! Oh God we have to get you ready tomorrow! I gotta tell the  girls." She frantically ran off.

Good old Kyla. Always a bigmouth.
