Ashton
My only problem with getting away was trying to get passed Michael without him noticing me. I also had to do that before Luke came down. Who knows how long he would be passed out? He could be awake right now for all I know.

It was easy enough to sneak down the stairs but I froze when I saw Michael and Calum in the living room. The back door was locked ever since I got out, so that was a no go. The only way out was through the front door and I had to pass them to get to it.

I swallowed thickly, my hands shaking as I looked around the room for any idea how to get out of this. There was none. But then my eyes landed on the window again. They would hear me no matter what I did and I wouldn't be able to jump out of the house in time before he caught me.

My only real chance was to distract them enough to get back outside.

I picked up the closest thing to me. It was some weird kitchen tool. I didn't know the name of it because my mum was usually the one in the kitchen. I took one last look at the boys then the window.

Taking a deep breath, I chucked the kitchen tool at the window. The glass shattered almost instantly.

I heard Michael scramble to get up and I ran back to the stairs, hiding behind them as I saw Michael look out the window. He swore to himself and then yelled for Calum to stay here. Perfect. He ran out the back door quickly and I watched through the window as he ran through the woods aimlessly.

I turned around and jumped when I saw Calum in the doorway.

"Calum we need to leave right now!" I urgently grabbed his hand, pulling him towards the front door. He didn't resist me until I opened the door and ran all the way down the driveway. That's when he stopped suddenly, I jerked back from the force.

"Calum lets go! We need to leave now before he gets back!" I yelled in exasperation. Michael could be on his way back right now but Calum just smiled sadly at me, letting my hand go and backing away slowly.

"You go. I'll distract them."

"Calum." I mumbled, an overwhelming sadness taking over me.

"I told you Ashton, I love Michael. I love him with all my heart and I know you hate it here. I don't blame you! Hell I hated it here too! But I can't go. You need to though. Please just leave before they find you again." Calum looked almost desperate and I wanted to cry for him.

"You're the bravest person I know." I muttered before I turned around and ran as fast as I could with my ankle.

I chanced one last look back to see Calum was already walking away. I would never forget him, never.

The twigs twisted around my feet, pulling me to the ground every 5 minutes. The branches around me whipped violently at my face as I tried to push them away. But I didn't slow down, I kept running.

I knew I was close when the trees started to thin out and I saw more houses. I wasn't dumb enough to knock on anyone's door. I wouldn't make that mistake twice. I kept on running until I saw the big sign above the building that read; "El Baracoa Estación de Policía" Or in other words, the Police Station.

I don't let myself catch my breath as I take the steps two at a time. I was here, that is all that mattered.

I burst through the doors, making everyones head turn towards me. My heart pounded as a few people rushed to me. They sat me down and someone handed me water as I hesitated to open my mouth. What would happen to everyone once I told them about Luke? Because the right thing to do is tell them about what he has done-not only to me.

"Are you okay?" One of them asked in English, his accent strong. They must have thought I didn't speak Spanish.

"I-uh." My throat suddenly felt tight and my body seemed to freeze. Was this right? Was I doing the right thing? "M-my names Ashton Irwin. I was-uh kidnapped by this man. I think he's the Cuban killer." I said slowly and I had everyone's attention now.

They started firing questions at me as the room exploded in noise. Everyone was wondering if it was true. But one voice rose above the others, making the room go silent.

"Ashton! There you are! Gosh I've been looking everywhere for you." Andrew sighed in what looked like relief. I looked on with confusion as he ran up to me and pulled me into his arms. "I told you to stay inside." He looked over at the officers and then back to me. "And to stop watching the tv, you know how it makes your mind wander." My heart started to sink as he turned back to the room of officers.

"I'm so sorry, he's a little-" Andrew brings his finger up to his head and twirls it as if to say I'm crazy. "Let's get you home now." He muttered and turns back to me. My heart sinks as he lifts me up, taking advantage of my shock.

"Now wait a minute." One of the officers says and puts a hand on Andrew's arm. He looks between the two of us.

Why the hell was Luke's dad now in on this? I thought he was on my side.
