(Y/N) POV
This is the worst thing ever. I had to be born like this. Why couldn't I just be a normal person that is not all glitched up. I was right now floating in Snowdin. I am in the Original universe. I can travel from different au. No one can see me unless I let them. But being me just sucks. I despise everything. I wish I can feel the emotions monsters here can feel. But I guess happiness will never come.

I guess I can go to Dreamtale since maybe my dreams can come true or if I can just get a good rest. I went to the forest just to play it safe. I then opened a portal and walked right through. I then saw the beautiful Dreamtale. I really like this place along with Underfell and Outertale. It was very beautiful. I floated around and found a beautiful tree. I floated to the tree to get a closer look at it. One side had beautiful golden apples. They glimmered in the daylight. On the other side it shiny black apples. I'm sure they would look amazing at night time. I went under the tree and sat on the ground. I started to get really sleepy and then the darkness swallowed me up.

Dream's POV
This is really boring. As much as I love this tree I don't have many friends to talk to. Only my brother Nightmare. He was a great brother and I love him for that. But then something caught my eye. I looked down and saw a person that looked......odd. I jumped off the tree and landed on my feet. I then turned around and got a better look on this person. They had black skin, black hair with pink highlights at the tip of their hair. They had green highlights on their bangs as well. Their hair also floated like if there was no gravity. They had a bright purple dress on with orange leggings. They also had yellow flats. At their legs it was a dark blue ans then faded to black. Same goes for their arms. They also had static all over them. (If you are a boy you have a purple hoodie, dark blue shirt, orange baggy pants, and yellow tennis shoes. Also the reason you have weird colors on because it is supposed to represent negative.)

What I also noticed they have green lines coming out of their eyes just like Error except his are blue. They started to wake up. Maybe I can make a new friend. They opened their eyes and on their right eye their iris was white while the left eye looks like the iris is broken. On side is hot pink while the other side was periwinkle. The rest of the eye was green. (Hope that make sense). They looked at me at started to freak out. The static around them starts to freak out. "C-C-C-CaN yO-o-O-U-u Se-E-E mE?" They asked in a glitched voice. "Yes." I reply with a smile. They start to freak out even more. They start to float and they lost their iris'. "Are you ok? Did I do something wrong?" I started to panic. Did I really scare the human?! "A-A-ArEn't-T y-Y-YoU go-gO-GOnNa tr-TrY a-A-A-a-A-nD hUr-T m-M-m-e o-o-o-o-oR iN-IN-In-s-S-S-uLt me-e?" They calmed down a bit but not fully. "Why would I do that? I don't insult people or monsters." I said. They calmed down and floated near my face. I started to blush because the human was really close to my face. "Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-oU lo-lO-lo-ok a-a-ado-dO-DO-rA-Ra-BlE-blE." They give me a soft smile. I blush even more. Why am I like this?

"T-Thank yo-u." Oh no I stuttered! "W-W-w-oAH y-Y-Y-yo-u-U a-Re G-G-gli-Li-tC-hIn-g l-lik-E m-me." They chuckled while glitching in the process. "B-b-Y t-t-t-T-h-H-He w-wAY i'M (Y/N)." "That's a nice name, it really suits you." I smile. (Y/N) starts to glitch uncontrollably while blushing green? What a unusual blush for a human. "T-T-th-An-aNKs." They look away while doing criss cross apple sauce in mid air. (Cross what are you doing here?!). "Oh my name is Dream. It is nice to meet you (Y/N)." I stick my hand out for them to shake. They looked at my hand and look at me with a very confused expression on their face. "U-u-H w-w-Wh-AT A-a-Re y-Y-y-oU d-doInG?" They tilt their head to the side. They look so cute! "It's a hand shake. You hold the person's hand and shake up and down." They stare at my hand again.

"I-i-i-i-I d-dOn'T KN-o-o-W-w-wHaT t-t-tHA-t i-iS." I feel so bad for them. This may be their first time talking to someone else. "When was the last time you talked to someone?" I asked (Y/N). They then go into deep thought. They start to count silently while touching their fingers. "U-U-h-H I t-T-ThiNK I-i-T-T h-h-hAs b-BEen 30 y-y-Y-YEars." This is so sad. "How old are you?" "I a-A-m fo-FO-rEvER 22." (Y/N) gives me a soft smile. "Don't you have family that you can talk to?" I asked. They shook their head. "I-I j-j-jUsT pO-pP-ed i-In-tO eX-Ex-siSt-eNCe 100 yEa-rS aGo." I frown at what (Y/N) is saying. "Maybe I can be your first friend." I smile once again. They have a shocked face and blush a light green. "R-r-r-rEaLLy?" I nod quickly. "I-i-I'd-d-D l-Li-KE t-t-tHA-t-T." They smile sweetly.

"Hey I know a place we can go. Follow me." I grab my staff just im case and make a portal. (Y/N) is floating beside me. "After you." (Y/N) smiles again and enters the portal. Once she/he was fully through I went in right behind her. (Is it just me or did that sound really wrong). Once we were at our destination I closed the portal behind me. "W-W-w-oAh t-Th-iS l-L-lo-lO-oK-s-S c-coOl." They wander around Waterfall. "Haven't you been here?" I asked while catching up with (Y/N). "N-n-No I-I u-u-Us-uALly s-sTaY a-aT h-hOMe o-oR g-g-O t-To SnoWDiN." They then stare at a Echo flower.

"That is an Echo flower....if you wanted to know." (Y/N) chuckles a glitchy chuckle and wanders off to look at the waterfalls and river. I catch up with (Y/N) and sit beside her/him. "I-I-I-it l-l-L-l-lOokS s-s-O p-p-re-Tty." I can see their eyes sparkle with the water. I blush at this. They look so beautiful/handsome and cute. She/he starts to put her/his hand in the water. She/he jumped a bit by the touch but relaxes a bit. She/he was glitching more though. Guess they are not used to this. "I have a question for you." I look at (Y/N). They turn to me while swaying their hand in the water. "G-g-O r-r-RiG-hT ahe-hEa-d-D Dream." I'm a bit surprised she/he didn't glitch a bit when they said my name. "Are you related to Error in some way?" (Y/N) then stiffs a bit while their static got louder and their iris' were gone as well. It was just a green abyss. "I-I-I-I-i-i-i-I d-d-D-des-P-p-piSe hI-m-M. I-I-I-i a-a-A-aM n-n-NoT r-r-R-RE-re-rE-laTed t-To h-h-H-hIm." (Y/N) glitched out even more and gave me a glare. "H-h-h-E n-n-eeD-s-s-S t-tO g-gEt h-h-h-H-H-h-I-s-s-S $#*€ t-T-t-toGetH-er-er-eR." She/he says with an angry tone. She/he starts to breathe in and out and later calms down. "I just hate him." I looked at (Y/N) quickly. She/he looks at me with a confused expression. "Y-You didn't glitch." (Y/N) smile a soft smile.

"It has been a while since I heard my actual voice. P-PEo-pLe a-a-alWa-yS-ys m-m-aDe f-fuN o-o-o-Of m-mE f-f-fOr b-beInG a-a-a g-g-G-G-gLi-TcH-TcH." Their mad expression returns. "I hate man kind." They mumble. "It took me 2 years to control my glitching. Sure I G-G-g-gl-l-LitCh fr-Om time to time b-b-BuT at L-leaS-t-t-T-t I c-c-cAn control it b-b-eTtER." They look at me. "You are actually the f-f-IrsT monster to ever talk to me without running away or c-c-c-All-iN-g-G me a f-Fr-e-e-Ak." They state. "Well don't judge a book by its cover." (Y/N) smiles.

"You are the best Dream." I was happy to hear that I hugged (Y/N). She/he stiffed and started to glitch uncontrollably. "I-I-i h-h-h-h-H-H-H-haV-v-v-E n-n-n-n-Ne-v-V-v-er-eR b-b-beEN tOu-ch-Ch-cHed a-A-aNd d-d-Do-n-n-N't lI-k-k-K-e-e t-t-T-t-T-oUcH-ch-CH-iNg." (Y/N) glitched. "Sorry." I let go. I was a bit sad I had to let go. "It's f-f-INe. Besides I really liked i-i-iT." I blushed and looked at (Y/N). "Really?" They nodded. I hugged (Y/N) again. She/he stiffed up but hugged me back.

"Thanks Dream."
