You have been dating Phil for a while, he owns a YouTube account and is famous for it.
One day Phil introduces you to his friend, Dan. Another famous YouTuber, one of your favourites to fangirl over.
But when when speaking to Dan, you and Phil forge...
'Dan! Give it back!' I laugh as Dan waves your phone in the air above your head.
'Not until you give me my morning kiss,' He says back, pouting.
'Fine, fine!' I smile, kissing him quickly and grabbing my phone.
Dan sits beside me on the sofa, turning on the TV to watch some (movies/anime).
'(Favourite anime/movie)! Please!' I beg him, putting my phone down on the table.
'That's what it would have taken you to put down your phone? Anyway... Fine. We'll watch that then.'
Half way through the (movie/anime) I turn to face Dan. Ever since the accident I have been meaning to ask his opinion on something.
'Dan...'
'Hm?'
'Do you... Do you think I should make a YouTube account?' You whisper.
'Of course! I'll help you!' Dan stands up from the sofa and grabs your hand, pulling to into the bedroom, 'I have all the equipment here!'
You watch as he sets it all up, getting slightly nervous and having second thoughts.
'Ok! It's done! You ready?' He sits on the edge of the bed, patting the spot next to you, a gesture for you to sit down.
'People don't really know about us yet... Some people still ship Phan so-'
'We can do something like... Meet my girlfriend! I really want people to know how lucky I got' He winks.
I roll my eyes, 'Let's get this done with!'
Dan leans forward and presses the record button on the camera. This is it. You're finally doing what you have always feared.
~After the recording~
'And... boom! Done. I can get this edited and uploaded by tonight!' Dan says, I can see that he is happy, and I actually had a lot of fun doing this!
I shouldn't care about what the people comment. I have grown since then, I've changed. I decide to look back at my old video on my youtube channel- my first and only one. I laugh to myself at how cringe I was back then, and scroll to the comments to see one from Dan. How did I never notice this?
"You guys are just jealous that (y/n) is actually being truthful and are sad that you aren't her."
'Dan. When did you post this comment?' I ask, showing him my phone screen.
'The day I fell in love with you.' He answered, editing his video.
'Cheesy. What day was that?' I blushed slightly.
'The day I first met you,' He looked away from his laptop screen and stood up. He went to get his backpack and looked through until he pulled out a picture, 'I stole this photo of you from Phil on that day too.'
'You're such a stalker,' I laughed, taking the photo from him and looking at it. I was sitting on a park bench and smiling, I remember that day so well. It was taken in a small park by my best friend, the day before I moved into my apartment.
'That was before I moved into my apartment,' I explained, 'Before I met Phil. I was a huge fan of you at the time but always thought that I would never meet you, let alone date you.'
Dan grinned, yawning slightly, 'I'm glad everything turned out ok in the end,' He says, laying down next to you and snuggling against you. He slowly drifted to sleep.
I chuckle, 'Dan It's 11am, how are you tired?' But he was already asleep.
I kiss his forehead lightly and place the photo on my bedside table, 'I'm glad everything turned out ok in the end,' I whisper, repeating his words from earlier.
