Heyy lovies 💗💖we're gonna start with day 3 wich consist of eating 400 calories. Soo first of all just a few tips , you should drink lots and lots of water 💧so you can feel more energetic ✨and full ✨and you can drink also diet drinks to break the routine a little bit. Besides the water always have your chewing-gums with you ,sugar free ones of course ,these will trick your brain that you are chewing on something.🍬🍬🍬
Now let's get started with the meals👏🏼:
Pre-Breakfast:
Optional:it's very good to drink warm water 🍶with a slice of lemon 🍋 in it , this drink will fast your metabolism and clean your body from toxin 💪🏼💪🏼Calories intake: 0calories
Fat intake: o grams of fat
Breakfast:🍽
1 rice cake (34 cal)
1 tbsp of fat free labneh (19 cal)
1 spray of mint (0 cal)Total calories: 53 calories
Total fat : 0.5 grams
Snack:
Chewing-gum sugar free : 0 calories2 cups of water
1 cup of diet coke (0 cal)Lunch:🍽
Potato pizza 🍕 : (trust me on this one)
One medium potato (119 cal)
2 tbsp of low fat parmesan cheese (44 cal)🧀
1 cup of Pizza sauce ( tomatoes🍅 , canned corns🌽 , pepper🌶 , salt ) (70 cal)
After boiling the potato cut it into thin pieces and spread on it the sauce and a little bit of cheese on each and wait till the cheese melt a little . It's preferable to remove it with a spatula .You can have it with ketchup , it's delicious 😋 and it can really fills you i couldn't eat the four pieces today i ate them separately.
Snack : half a peach 🍑 (19.5 cal)
Dinner :
I personally ate at lunch half of it so i ate the other half with one peach . (39 cal)And that was it for todayyyy
I did some workout🏋🏽♀️ between lunch and dinner some dancing 💃🏽
