The Dark Wood

Sarah and Starlight kept walking in to the wood and the forest kept getting darker and darker and Sarah slowly fell asleep.
After Starlight had had enough walking she stopped waking the sleepy Sarah, when she woke up she saw a light off in the distance.

Sarah's Pov
I wake up startled and wondered why Starlight had stopped then I realised why. A faint flickering light of in the distance, "what is that?" I said to myself then I debated whether or not I should go to it or away from it. I quickly decided to go to it. I tided Starlight to a branch of a tree and walked slowly to it.
I suddenly realised it was a camp fire, but who would camp in the middle of a wood, I thought I heard laughter, but again who would be out this time of night (unless you where running away) I went closer and hid round a tree to hear more then I heard voices
"Hey deal me in!" Said a loud rough voice.
"Rio you'll just burn the cards when you lose," the voice sounded like a growl "and we can't keep asking Starlight to make us more"
"Starlight?" I whispered thinking of my horse.
"You guys make such a racket" said someone else but this voice was mush more elegant then the other two.
"Ah Starlight long time no see how are you?" He said with a growl.
"Good, is Rio burning the cards again?" Starlight said in a jokey way.
"Why dose everybody keep saying that, now for the last time I won't burn the cards NOW LEO DEAL ME IN!" Rio said sounding angry and frustrated.
After that I went round the tree I was hiding behind and all I saw was a camp fire and no one round it or remotely close to it but I could still hear voices.
