Nightmares ~ Clace

"I will catch you Clarissa!" he screamed.

Clary ran. She ran as fast as she could, but as usual, it wasn't enough. He caught up.

And then there was something else. A new room, a new place.

Jace was there, tied to the wall, gaged. He looked scared, which was unusual and very frightening. Sebastian was smiling evilly at her. 

"No," she cried horrified. "NO!"

He looked back at her.

"Watch your boy toy die, dear sister. You can't stop this. I'm coming for you."

And with that Sebastian slit Jace's throat. Jace opened his mouth to scream out for Clary to run, but he didn't get the chance. Blood filled his mouth. He chocked. Then, nothing. Jace's eyes went dull and dark, so unusual and heartbreaking. His beautiful golden irises went dull, like his soul was just lost. 

Clary screamed, tears falling from her eyes. Then the world went side ways, the room went black.

Jace was replaced by Alec, and although they didn't get along, she couldn't watch another person she cares about die.

"Sebastian! Please no! I can't deal with this! Please?!" She screamed.

Sebastian didst even think twice. In a second a knife was in his hand and it was pressed to Alec's throat. Alec's eye held so much fear and pain. His face pleaded for freedom. Sebastian's eyes held so much coldness and anger.

"ALEC!" Clary screamed as Sebastian smirked at her. 

Sebastian stabbed Alec in the chest five times. Blood flooded the room and surrounded Clary. She screamed until his blood filled her throat and lungs.

The room blackened again. Next Simon was tied and gaged. She couldn't watch this.

"Why?" She asked quietly, she sounded defeated. "Why are you doing this to me? What did I do to you?"

"Really?" Sebastian smirked. "You have no idea?"

"No!" Clary screamed. "I don't know!"

"You won't love me," Sebastian spat. "So I'm taking away the ones that you love the most!"

With that, Sebastian slashed through Simon's throat, decapitating him in the process.

"NO!" Clary screamed. She felt so useless. There was nothing that she could do to save her family. Nothing. All she could do was scream.

One by one all of her family was murdered brutally in front of her face. Izzy, Luke, Jocelyn, Magnus, Max (again), Maia, Aline, Maryse, Tessa, Amatis, Jordan. All killed.

There was no escape. No way out. Nothing that she could do.

Jace came running into the room. He had heard Clary's screaming from the kitchen at the institute. 

"Clary? Clary!" He yelled in an attempt to wake her. Nothing worked.

"IZZY! ALEC!" He screamed. 

They both came running in, a worried expression on both of their faces.

"What? What is it Jace?!" Izzy said.
