The four couldn't help but looked around. The city was different. It was more vibrant. They saw the citizens happily mingling with each other. There are other people too from other tribes even the fire tribe. They were amazed. In Prince Shi's dream, everyone was getting along. It was so peaceful.
"Look there's Prince Shi," called out Li Luo, pointing at the figure not far from them.
"Shi!" yelled Ka Suo about to approach him but Xing Jiu stopped him.
"I'm sorry, Prince Ka Suo but were only "visitors" in here. He couldn't see us and you wouldn't be able to touch him."
"So, we watch then?" Huang Tuo asked.
Xing Jiu nodded, letting go of Prince Ka Suo.
"He looks happy." Said Li Luo, observing Shi. Hearing that, the rest looked at Shi. He did seem happy. Shi was smiling brightly. He was going into the palace.
The four then followed him. Even the castle was different, the atmosphere was lighter like the war didn't happen at all.
"Ge!" They heard Shi shout. Following his gaze, they saw an older Ka Suo. He still looked the same but his eyes were older and wiser.
"Shi!" said the older Ka Suo hugging his younger tightly. "I didn't know that you were visiting today."
The four spectators were confused. What did Prince Ka Suo mean by visit? Isn't Prince Shi living here, in the palace?
"I planned on surprising you." Shi smirked, eyes twinkling with mirth. "Now, where's my sister-in-law and my adorable nephew. I got something for them."
Dream Ka Suo chuckled at that, shaking his head. " Really Shi, your spoiling them too much. Let's go, they're at the garden."
Huh? I'm married!? To who? thought Ka Suo. Little did he know that Li Luo has the same question running on her mind.
They were now in the garden. It was breath taking. The trio stared at their surroundings in amazement. There were cherry blossoms on one side, near a pond full of Koi fish. There were bamboo trees to, swiftly swaying with the wind. It's true beauty though were the different flowers in it. There were roses, gardenias, tulips, ranunculus and many more.
"Wow, this garden is amazing!" Li Luo said looking around. "Prince Ka Suo, how come I haven't seen this place in the palace?"
"That's because, it doesn't exist. It's difficult to grow something in the Ice Kingdom. Well, except for Shi's cherry blossom trees," Ka Suo answered her also busy looking at his surroundings.
Xing Jiu and Huang Tuo were the same. They couldn't help but admire the beauty of the garden.
Their focused was returned to dream Ka Suo and Prince Shi though, when they heard someone shouted, "Uncle Shi!"
It was a good- looking boy. He was about eight years old. Looking at his wide bright smile and how he tackled Shi into the ground, it's obvious that the two were pretty close.
Suddenly, they heard another voice, "Ryu! How many times do I have to tell you to stop doing that to your Uncle Shi!?"
Seeing who it is, the quartet were stunned. Li Luo!? Me!? Li Luo and Ka Suo blushed and avoided each other's eyes. While Xing Jiu and Huang Tuo smiled at the couple. They're so cute.
Shi just laughed carrying his beloved nephew. "It's okay, sao zi. It's just his way of saying that he missed me. "
"That's right, ma. I'm just really happy to see Uncle Shi again. He hasn't visited us for months." Ryu said pouting a bit.
