Chapter 25; And Unto Us, Babies are born

Spencer POV

I was on the excersize ball and Toby was holding my back, making sure I didn't fall, I have been having a lot more contractions.

"Hi Spencer, How are you doing?" the Doctor says

"Not bad."

"You want to come lay on the bed, I will see if you are dilated much more.

"Okay!" Then I lay on the bed

"Okay, you are about 7cm you need to be 9-10cm for us to brake your water, and start pushing. And I cannot promise how long that will take, your doing great, and moving quite fast, you can lay down for a while and then in about an half hour/ hour you can go on another walk or bounce to help."

"Okay thank you!"

It was about 10am now,6 hours into labor

Toby is sitting in a chair next to the bed.

"Hi" Hanna walks in

"Hi Hanna."

"How is it going?"

"Not bad, I am 7cm I need to be 9-10 to break my water and start pushing."

"Well thats not bad, you moving along fast!"

"Yes, so far, thank god!"

Hanna laughs

"Did you find out if it is forsure a girl or not?" I ask her

"Yes, we did! It is forsure a girl!"

"Yay, I am very excited for you guys!"

"Thank you!"

"Have any names picked out yet?"

"Well, I happen to like Nina, Lauren, Kelsey, and Mackenzie. But were not sure, that is just some I like."

"Nice, I really like those! Toby likes the name Nina too, that was one of the ones we suggested for one of the twins."

"thanks! and nice! are you naming one Nina?"

"Nope, all yours!"

" Thanks!" She laughs "What are you naming them then?"

"I still can't tell you still have a couple more hours!"

"Fine"

I have been having many more contractions, and Have been going on more walks and bouncing like I have been told.

*It is now 3pm

"Okay lets check again." the doctor says
*she recently checked last an hour ago and I was about 71/2

"Okay."

"Let's see, you are almost 8, lets brake your water, and get you to 10, then we can push!"

"Okay, thank you."

She broke my water, now it was just my mom and Toby in the room with me, none of my friends or Melissa. The contractions were pretty long, and about 2 mins or less apart by now.

"Okay, ready to start pushing?" The doctor asks me

"Yes." I say, I am very nervous

Toby Holds one of my hands, and My mom holds the other.

"Ready? 1,3,3 push!!!"

I starting pushing, and screaming

We did that a couple more times, and One baby was born.
