*Rosas pov*

I got Laker all buckled up into his car seat, we are getting ready to go to the doctors. I smiled and gave Lonzo a hug and pulled away. "Come one babe," he smiled at me. I nodded and picked up Lakers car seat. I took it to the car and go it buckled in. I got in the front seat and buckled up. "You ready baby?" lonzo held my thigh, he knew I was nervous about my appointment.
"Yeah I think so lets just go get it over with," I sighed a little, but smiled weak at him. He nodded and smiled back. As he drove off he rubbed my thigh with his thumb.

Once we pulled into the hospital I got out, as did Lonzo. He got Laker out of the car seat and held my hand. I kissed Lakers cheek and walked inside with them. I got him signed in then we went back with the doctor. Lonzo sat Laker down and they did all the usual tests.

"Whats this?" the doctor asked, as she rubbed her hand on his back.
"I don't know I was going to ask about it, its been there for like a week or so now right babe?" Lonzo asked.
"Yeah its been about a week maybe two," I nodded. She looked at the bump on his back.
"That's not good," she sighed and looked up at us.
"What do you mean?..." I gulped a little.
"Has he been sick at all?" she asked.
"Umm hes had a few fevers here and there and hes not as energetic as he used to be..." I looked at the doctor, very worried.
"We are going to need to run some blood tests and get him down to the childrens hospital," she gave us sad eyes.
"What could It be though?" Lonzo asked, wrapping his arms around me.
"Could be many things, could just be a bump, could be a tumor, or it could be a cancer," she sighed.
"Okay thank you," lonzo sighed, we got Laker all packed up and ready to leave.

"we will call the childrens hospital in LA ill give you the directions get his stuff together at home and then go down there," she smiled weak at us. I nodded.
"What about Rosas appointment?" lonzo asked, holding Laker close.
"No baby we need to focus on Laker right now... Ill be fine ill reschedule okay?" I sighed, rubbing Lakers back gentle.
"You sure?" Lonzo sighed, looking down at me. I nodded and smiled weak at him. The doctor gave us directions then we left.

We got to the hospital about an hour and a half later. We told Lonzos parents about it on our way here. We got him signed in and into his room. The nurse came in and made sure everything was set up, took a few tests to make sure nothing changed. Then the doctor came in and took his blood. It was bad.. Laker just screamed... I got him calmed down a bit later and the doctor came back with the results for the tests. "Im sorry but Laker has..."
