"Hyerin ah, wake up~" I hear a voice in my dream that I immediately recognized as Woojin's voice. I couldn't possibly wake up if I was going listen to his voice like that. Wait! I thought to myself as my eyes snapped open, revealing Woojin sitting there on my table with a familiar notebook opened in his hand.
I gasped as I sat up and grabbed it from him, "Hey!" But he just smiled as he pointed at everything that was laid down on my desk. He had pulled out all my drawings including my designs and all my story brainstorming notebooks.
"Wow, 'human life is all yin and yang and perspectives' Hey! This story looks interesting," he smiled as he lifted a notebook titled I Spy You. I frowned as I threw my blanket over my messy hair, "Give it back." But he didn't, "What's it about?"
"A girl who is kidnapped, mistaken as another female, by a secret government association run by a rich handsome man. He thinks she is useless but they find out she has photographic memory so she teams up with them to solve cases as a secret agent who will scan the area and remember everything there," I blurted out quickly as he chuckled at my dorkiness, "I love it. So do they fall in love?"
"Duh," I rolled my eyes, "What else would they do together?" I raised my eyebrows a few times before looking for my phone remembering I had left it outside, I walked out of the room and into the living room but my phone wasn't there.
I gasped right away, knowing who took it, I ran back to the room and demanded my phone back, "Woojin, give it back." He laughed as he stood up from my chair and lifted my phone up high to tease me so I sat down on my bed and did nothing about it until he gave it back.
"You're boring you know that?" he pouted, "And who puts their password as the four numbers of their id card?" I rolled my eyes as I unlocked my phone, "I do. It would be stupid to put your birthday there." I opened up my contacts and groaned at the fact that he had changed some of my contacts. And his contact name changed drastically.

I yawned as I walked out of my room in a clean outfit with a slight bit of makeup to cover the horrible ugly parts of my skin. I headed to the kitchen and sat down next to Woojin who was chatting with my mother. I watched as the two of them chat on and on about school and how his family was doing.
"Yah, Hyerin," my mother shouted while smiling at me, I had a bad feeling about what she was going to say next, "Are you friends with Woojin now?" I felt my face flush red in embarrassment, "Of course, why else would he be here?"
"You know," she smirked as she eyed both of us playfully, "I wouldn't mind if you two dated. Just study first." I gasped at my mother as my face grew even warmer, "Mom! What are you saying?"
"Ms. Kim," Woojin laughed nervously, it was obvious he was a bit embarrassed himself, "You got it wrong, it's not like that. We're just friends so don't worry." She frowned, "Well okay then." and then turned around to clean the dishes I had piled up there. This has got to be the third time she called us out and literally shipped us, embarrassing!

"Are we all here yet?" Sejeong whined as she stomped in place but didn't look up from doing her homework through her phone, "I don't have all day you know!" I shook my head at her and sighed, "Come on! We all filed in excuses for a Friday to have fun and now you want to go back to the scary school life already?!"
"Yeah, she's right," Yoojung smiled as she looked around for the others that weren't here yet, "But at the same time, what's taking Somi, Daehwi, and Jinyoung so long?" Right on cue, Somi and Daehwi climb out of the same taxi as Woojin imitated Daehwi loud and clear, "EWW yOU dAEhWI! wERE YOu AT sOMIS plACE?!?!"
Daehwi glared at Woojin, "EWW YOU! I went over her place to WAKE HER UP! She never sets AN ALARM!" I laughed as I watched the two eye each other and then suddenly, "BOO!" I jumped and almost yelped when Jinyoung scared me from behind.
"Hey!~" I pouted as I turned around to see Jinyoung laughing, "HA! I almost made you scream right? I totally did scare you!" I just stuck my tongue out at him before grabbing his wrist and pulling him to the gate with me, not forgetting the 'stuck on her phone' Sejeong, I pulled her over too.
We quickly bought tickets and ran right in, to find a very average amount of people which made me really happy. All the rides we lined up for didn't have very long lines and there weren't stressful crowds so it was enjoyable. Except for the roller coasters. (a/n: everything in this book about lotte world, except the fact that it is inside, is all based on imagination)
"Hey, hey," Woojin shouted as he pointed at a very tall and large roller coaster, "You will love that Hyerin. Come on! We should all ride it!" I never rode anything that looped and the only ones that I've ridden were the ones that were a moderate 3 or 4, NEVER a 5 or 6.
Yoojung was freaking out too as Woojin picked her up, "Hey!!! Let me go!" But of course, he didn't and screamed to us, "We have to all go for this one!" Unaware of who was behind me, I felt a pair of arms pick me up in a familiar style. I screamed as I knew it was Jinyoung right away, "HEY! How can you betray me like that?!"
"Well," he laughed as he walked to the lineup area, "If you are scared you could sit next to me." I scoffed as I tried to squirm out of his grip but I eventually gave up and convinced myself that this is what happens when you have friends.
I ended up sitting next to Woojin who knew that I couldn't sit in the front which was where Jinyoung wanted to sit. I was freaking out internally as we pulled down the over-the-shoulder restraints.
Woojin tilted over and whispered next to my ear on purpose just when the roller coaster was going to start, making me get goosebumps from both nervousness and his husky voice, "Welcome to the ride of your life, Hyerin. I can guarantee you that your heart won't beat any faster than this."
