THE MESS

It's been a whole week since they had joined the Mystics club. Nothing really happened through the days. The room remained dusty as before and hence Drake had ordered them to stay away.

The sweeping staff had a long work list and the Mystics club remained at the end of the list due to the last minute recruitment.

The other day Ricky came across with Rex.

" Thanks for the help , Ricky!" said Rex with a beam.

"Ah! That was nothing! I'm super strong! Call me anytime you want help, 'kay?" replied Ricky as they both dropped down the heavy wooden table on the floor.

" Yes , of course." approved Rex. A small chuckle slipped through his mouth.

" You know I've been busy lately with all this clean up." stated Rex with a sigh." I'm planning for a rest now."

" Hmm...." agreed Ricky. " But you're just another member of football club! Why are they giving so much work! That's not fair at all!" He made a fuming face.

" Oh! That ! I've been assigned to check out some empty rooms for our articles. I searched through most of the rooms on first and second floor but they all seemed to be occupied by one or the other club. "

That made sense ! Maybe that was the reason why he came to their club room that day! Alas! Their theory proved to be correct! He was overjoyed.

Ricky's lips cornered with a quirk. He couldn't help but push down his happiness.

" Hey! What's up? Something's wrong?" questioned Rex. " Are you even listening to me?!"

" Yeah. Go on." Ricky beamed at him with closed eyes.

Ricky told Leon and Sofia about this and they were equally amazed.

" Hi-ya!" exclaimed Ricky as he dashed into the classroom. He glanced through the class and found Leon sitting on his chair while Sofia was leaning towards the desk . They were probably discussing some topic.

Ricky came and banged his hand on their table.

" What's up ?! " he gave out a childish grin.

" Nothing of your matter,dolt." remarked Leon.

" Like ya' know hell lotta everything huh, clod." answered Ricky with a grit of teeth.

" Enough already! You two!" warned Sofia with a finger pointed towards them.

They exchanged glower glances and gave out a retarded look.

Suddenly the bell rang which brought their little tustle to an end. Sofia gave out a sigh and paced towards her desk.

The lectures went on as usual. At the end of fifth lecture Ricky threw out a tiresome look and was on the verge of dozing off until he came across with Leon's eyes.

" I'm going out. If there's something up inform me. " said Leon and departed with a heap of books.

Ricky went blank. Leon was acting as if nothing had happened in the morning! It was really hard to understand him.

Not that Ricky wanted to keep pestering the issue. So he gave in.

" Yeah. Fine." he murmured barely enough to be heard by Leon.

Next, he found that Sofia was too packing up. He paced towards her.

" Where ' ya going now?!" questioned Ricky. " We're having a lecture off. Don't tell me you're also getting weird like that clod!"
