Drawback - Overusing it will give frostbite, slowing down all movements

Half quirk - Water claw
- You have the ability to bring out a huge water claw about the size of 1 metre
Drawback - You haven't mastered using it yet and every time you aim to hit something you get blown back from the huge impact—causing you to not use it unless necessary
