[Todoroki Shouto x Reader] More than a friend

[Chapter 4] All in a days work

After most of the tests passed, we all come to the ball throwing test. Everyone in our class had lined up to throw the ball.

First went this pink girl, then this bird dude, this dude who apparently can talk to animals, tape guy and so on.

It then came to Todoroki's turn.

He has the exact same bland expression. How does he do that?

Todoroki's P.O.V

Everyone seems to be curious on how I'm going to throw the ball. Well, I'm positive I will be throwing it with my right side, not my left side.

Because I will never use my old man's power.

I wait for our sensei to give me intructions.

"You can throw the ball now." he instructs as he tosses me a ball.

I begin to move my arm back to throw the ball.

I add a little frost to it so it slips off to make it go further.
(I don't know how to make an ice quirk useful in this situation so I just made it up)

I throw the ball with all my strength.

4 seconds pass

Sensei shows me the result

"154.8."

I nod my head and return back to the class line. I see [Y/N] ready to throw next. I'm not sure about her quirk yet.

Your P.O.V

HOW EXACTLY AM I GOING TO THROW THE BALL. I'M NOT SURE ABOUT USING MY CLAW YET.

Okay, Y/N relax. Everything is going to be oka-

"[L/N] it's your turn. Step up to the circle now." a voice speaks

eEK!

I jump from the sudden call

I go towards the circle and begin to stretch my arms before I throw the ball.

It's going to be alright, make your decision
...
I'm gonna use my left, water claw.

"[L/N], here's the ball. Throw it." Aizawa-sensei says as he passes me the ball

I activate the water claw, on my left hand

Everyone looks at me with amazement. Except the exact same guy with a bland expression, Todoroki.

I grip the ball with my claw and throw to as hard as I can.

As soon as the ball left my hand, the water claw drops like a wave onto the ground and I get pushed back from the impact
(It takes a lot of strength to wield it)

My clothes get soaked.

Ugh. At least it's war-

A cold breeze of wind happens to pass by.

THATS SO COLD!! HOT AND COLD DON'T MIX WELL!!!
