Just doing a quick update on your quirk

Ice Quirk
-You can create objects made from solid ice from your hand.
Drawback - Too much use can lead to frostbite

Water claw
- You can create a water claw up to 80cm in size (normally)
-Water temperature depends on body temperature
Drawback - The water is the amount of water you consume
The more water there is, the larger it is
Problem, you can barely control it and get soggy and wet from impact of drop.

I'm really bad at designing stuff and I need a costume design for the fanfic, anyone got ideas?

I thought of have gloves that like produce heat to the hand or right side, similar to Todoroki's design. I was also thinking of blue translucent glasses kind of goggles.

I might post a draft and work from there on to see your opinions on it.

I haven't started the next chapter yet but I will soon, so don't worry. Just thinking of a way to get you and Todoroki together :)
