[Chapter 7] Battle

As the thoughts of him scattered around your mind, you took a deep breath and walked in the building along with your team mates, Midoriya and Uraraka.

Unnoticed, a wall of ice suddenly appeared around you and your team mates.

Todoroki.

"Midoriya !" You call to the green haired boy. He immediately looks at you in response and yells a 'yeah ?'

"Can you destroy the ice wall in this direction ? You and Uraraka will go in a form of attack while I'll keep them off !"

Uraraka looks at you as her cheeks tints a light pink. You nod at her as Midoriya prepared for the large wind he's about to create.

SMASH !

You yet was still surprised on how he did that with a flick of a finger. You nod at him as a sign of him to go. They run as you stay behind them to fend the rest off.

"Oi trashcan. It's time you and I battled."

As you breathed in heavily and exhaled lightly, you turn to the explosive boy, Bakugou.

A grin forms on your face as you prepare yourself.

"The only trash thing here is your taste of your hairstyle."

You bend down preparing to jump as the angered boy runs to you and projects a explosion. Your left arm forms an ice shield to try and lower the pressure of the explosion. The ice was immediately destroyed.

Agh. I need to work on strengthening my ice quirk.

As your ice shield was destroyed, you immediately slid under him and punched him with your water claw. You were wet from using it.

Him noticing that, he turned and projected an explosion in your face, sending you a few metres flying onto the ground.

You were grounded for the very few moments of the spiked hair boy approaching you.

This is where my legacy ends... I shall finally die in peace...

As he looks down on you he grins and steps on you in the stomach.

You groan as the pain hits you.

The worse thing about this is that I'm on my period and this is making life unfair

You attempt as you move your hand towards your ear to contact Uraraka but he kicks your hand away.

"[L/N], your team is going to lose and I know it. That damn Deku... quirkless,"
as he mutters the last part

You stare at him in confusion of 'quirkless'

Quirkless ?! But he clearly has inhuman strength !

"Quirkless, what the hell do you mean quirkless ?! Are you trying to insult him ?!"

Bakugo stares at you in anger as he clenches his teeth.

"You know nothing about this and nothing about him ! Stay out of this !"

He yells as he prepares himself to fire the long-range blast.

"After I shut your dumb-witted mouth, you'll won't have to be a pain to anyone no more !"

Your eyes widened at his insulting words as you realise he's trying to keep you out of his business with Midoriya. As you instinct quickly alarms you, you form a large barrier of ice in front of you and around you.

Closing your eyes and anticipating the impact of the explosion, nothing happens.

As your eyes slowly opened, you looked over the barrier of ice to see some ice on Bakugou's feet.
