For once Alexia gets changed by herself. She puts on a pink dress that falls straight down to her ankles, silver heels, jewellery and her sandy coloured hair hung in loose waves. She padded on foundation, brushed on mascara and dabbed on some lipgloss.
Firepaw jumped up from the garden bed onto her window sill. "The princesses are waiting for you Alexia" purred Firepaw. "I know" replied Alexia. "How do I look?" asks Alexia. "You look amazingly beautiful your highness, but you must hurry the princesses at getting a bit annoyed at your lateness" advised Firepaw.
Once Firepaw had approved of Alexia's appearance, she jumped out the window and padded her way towards the courtyard. Alexia checked herself in the mirror again and then opened the door to see Josh leaning up against the wall looking so cute.
"I'm ready" says Alexia, making Josh jump. "You look beautiful" Josh says. Josh takes her hand and they walk down the stairs together.
Alexia tries not to get to excited about Josh holding her hand. Then she reminds herself that he is only escorting her to the courtyard because he is going there as well, to meet the princesses. Sigh.
