Your pov
(A few days after the news about the dead heir)I sat in bed as I reached over for my phone, pulling it off the charger. Instantly I checked my messages and phone calls.
I signed as I only saw a few messages. Being an assassin kind of sucks sometimes. Your not able of have social media accounts such as Facebook or Instagram. This is to protect your identity and so no one is able to track you down as easily.
I was never able to have a normal account, only fakes that are created simply to track down the targets. The fakes are created through fake numbers and emails made up to seem real. Even that is a risk so I've installed a lot of security to protect from any potential threats. This includes sites that change your ip-address constantly so one moment you might be in France while the next you would be in China. Of course you could always hack into accounts and the wifi to track someone's location so to be extra cautious, I utilize them in hotspots or public places such as the library or a wifi cafe.
I went back and checked the messages to see that they were from Garroth and Aphmau.
G-Garroth A-Aphmau Y-Y/n
Garroth convo:
G: Y/n! Y/n!
G: Omg, are you ok sis?

G: Are you safe, please move somewhere safe!!!

Y: Sorry, yeah I'm fine. And I've been warned about it.
Y: Don't worry, I'm not dead. I'll be back in a week, don't fret bro.Aphmau convo:

A: I know Garroth is freaking out about it because your near the hotel. Are you ok?

Y: Yes Aph, I'm fine. The murder didn't reach me and sorry for the late reply, I was busy. Take care to you too!I felt slightly bad for worrying my brother and Aphmau. But they can't know that I'm the one that killed the heir. It usually takes a few days or even less to complete the job but I always say 2 weeks to give me time so I'm not suspicious. Being in a hotel is the most confident for me since I can always check in and check out while using a fake name. But it does become problematic when I have mail which is why my manager always delivers the mail to me. I then would look over to and give him the requests that I'll complete and have him send back the denied requests. I go under the code name: 'midnight assassin' because I'm never found and I do my work best at midnight. I had about a week and a half left before I head back to MyStreet so I was looking for another job to do in the meantime. I had asked my manager to pick up my mail so I could look over the ones I might pursue.
-A few Hours later-
My manager arrived and gave me a stack of mail which were all requests. Most of them were marked 'urgent' or 'special' which made me smirk at how desperate some people are for me to kill. These mail or requests obviously aren't mailed the normal way. I refuse to have anyone email me requests or text them since those can be tracked easily. My mail comes in a special way. This ensures that the people that hire me aren't found by the police or any authority.
I take the pile of mail from my manager and told him to come by tomorrow to either send back the denied forms or talk about the accepted requests.
I go through the huge pile quickly, stamping either 'accept' or 'denied' on them. I skip the ones with low pay since they aren't worth having the police trying to tail me for such low amount and automatically stamp 'denied' on those forms. Then I search through the high paying ones which are mostly to take out thieves or people that are loaded and rich. I stamp 'accept' on some of them where the danger is worth it and some are just simple targets that the people would pay highly for.
