Chapter 3: Dinner at Montego's

-In the Man Cave-
Back in the Man Cave, Charlotte was frantically typing on the computer researching dangerous criminals and their whereabouts.

She got distracted though, when the alarm went off. "What's the emergency?!" Ray shouted bolting into the room ready to fight some evil.

"Dr. Minyak's causing some trouble at Swellview Park," she explained now moving onto her Pear Pad. "Alright, Charlotte I want you to triple beep Henry and tell him to meet me at Swellview Park asap." He ordered while taking out his gum and transformed into Captain Man.

"But wait!!" She called out as he rushed to the tubes. "Isn't Henry on his 'date' with your niece?" Ray nodded in response to her. "Yes, but get him out of it somehow! Oh, and tell him he owes me a hundred bucks! Up the tube!"

~at Montego's~
"So, how do you like your steak?" I asked Jules as I continued to eat mine. She smiled. "Just the way I like it." I smiled slightly back, then suddenly flinched a bit when my watch began to triple beep.

"Oh, I think your phones going off," Jules then commented, looking over the table as I hid my watch. "Oh, uhhh yeah," I said awkwardly, beginning to stand up.

"I have to go take this, I'll be right back." I took a quick exit around the corner and looked to see if anyone was watching. I ducked down just in case and flipped it open, revealing a hologram of Charlotte over my wrist.

"Hey, what's the emergency?"
"There's an emergency over at Swellview Park, and Ray wants you to meet him there." I sighed annoyed. "Oh come on, can't this wait? I'm in the middle of dinner here!"

"No, it's Doctor Minyak. So you better transform into you know who and go! And Ray says you owe him a hundred bucks!" I rolled my eyes. "Ok, I'll be there."

"Good." The hologram then disappeared and I went for my gum running into the restroom to transform. Before I left I went to shoot Jules a quick text saying there was an emergency and I'll be back in a few.

I felt really bad leaving her, but Ray's counting on me. I got to Swellview Park, but I didn't see Ray around.

"Well well," a voice said from behind scaring me a bit. "I had a feeling you would show up." I turn around, just staring down Minyak hoping it would intimidate him hoping it would work.

"Where's Captain Man?"
"He'll be here soon," I said through gritted teeth.

"Good. Then that gives us enough time." Doctor Minyak said with a smirk. I stared at him, puzzled. "Enough time...for what?"

Suddenly, everything went black. The last thing I remember was feeling a jolt of pain in my arm before I fell to the ground, with him and Drex smirking over me. Where's Ray...?
