"Seonmi? Yoo Seonmi? Is it really you?" I hear a girl say in a little bit of a bitchy tone. I turn and look at her. Choi Moonha. It's one of Seongwoo's fangirls, the one who kissed Jihoon.
"I haven't seen you in a while. How have you been Seonmi?" She asks with a smirk on her face.
"It's been three months since we have last seen each other but I'm sure you are well aware of that. Also you shouldn't talk to me like that, as if we are still friends." I say to her. She scoffs.
"Who said I thought of you as a friend, I'm just trying to be nice." She responds. I clench my fist.
"Nice? After all you have done, now you decide to be nice? Well, I'll tell you one thing if nice is what you were going for then you should stop because it's pointless." I snap at her.
"After all I've done? You were the one who started this. First you dated Minho when you knew I liked him, then Seongwoo. It's not my fault that what happened between you and Minho, the first time, was at my party. It's not my fault that you were in that closet with Minho that day that Jihoon helped you. It's not my fault that you are hated by the girls who like Seongwoo." She says. Then she smirks.
"But it is my fault that you and Jihoon split, and that was on purpose." She smiles as if what she said was something to be proud of.
"Minho confessed to me, same with Seongwoo and I had feelings for them so I agreed to date them like any girl would do when their crush asks them to be their girlfriend. But you have no right to talk about what happened at that party. You don't know what happened, you weren't the one to experience that. Plus you were the one to say that something happened in that closet when it was something different, and guess what? No one truly knows what happened except Jihoon, Minho, Sewoon, Youngji, and I. We never reported it, so Minho never got in trouble for his actions. And about Jihoon and I, you shouldn't be proud of something like that, it makes you seem like a bitch...oh wait, you already are." I say then turn and begin to walk away.
"Yah, Seonmi get back here!" She yelled but I continued walking away from her. Once I turned the corner I began shaking as I tried not to think about what happened at the party.
"Fuck off Moonha, you don't know what I have went through. You shouldn't speak so carelessly when you don't know everything." I whisper as I lean against the wall and try to stop my body from shaking as tears began to build up in my eyes. I take a deep breath and close my eyes.
"Jagi!" Minho calls.
Stop, stop, STOP!
"I love you." He says as he looks at me.
No, you don't. If you did you wouldn't have done what you did.
"I'm so happy to see you four at my birthday party. My parents are currently away so we don't have to worry about them killing the fun." Moonha says. She then brings us to the kitchen. On the table are a bunch of alcoholic beverages. I don't think this is a good idea, I should leave but I don't want to leave Sewoon, Youngji, and Minho here.
I start hyperventilating.
"Seonmi. Try it. It won't kill you." He says with a reassuring smile. I take the cup slowly and look inside. It isn't so much, it can't be so bad just to try this much. He clinks our cups and then we drink the liquid from the cups. I begin to feel my throat burning but I finish the drink anyways.
I slide down the wall and sit on the ground.
"Seonmi, it's normal for this to happen between couples. Don't you love me?" He says. I stare at him, scared. But it is as if my body wasn't completely aware of the emotion. He begins to crawl towards me. I back away slowly. Then I bump into the headboard.
"Stop, please stop it." I whisper to my self while hitting my head. Soon after I hear footsteps approaching me. I heard a questioning tone but I couldn't hear the question they asked.
"Are you okay?! Seonmi, Seonmi?!" I hear a voice shout and it brought me back to my senses. I didn't look at them but I could tell that they had crouched down to look at me.
"Are you okay? You're crying. What happened?" I hear the voice ask. This voice sounds familiar. Very familiar. I look up and see Daehwi looking at me with a worried expression. The moment I looked at him I hugged him and cried a little more. He was shocked at first but then he hugged me back. He rubbed my back to try to calm me. I don't want to remember that, I don't want to remember anything that happened with him. A little after Daehwi helped me stand up. He looked at me, worried, but didn't question me. We then walked towards the cafeteria.
"Wait, I can't go to Youngji and Sewoon like this, they will freak out when they see me. They will start questioning me. Can we please just go somewhere else?" I say as I look at him. He thinks for a moment.
"Sure, but where?" He asks.
"Outside? In the garden area? Unless you don't want to then-"
"It's fine, we can go there." He says and after that he holds my hand as he brings me to the garden area.
"So...do you want to speak about what happened or-"
"Let's not, please. I don't want to think about it. I hope you understand and drop the topic." I stare at my hands that were resting in my lap. Daehwi sighs.
"Okay, we won't talk about it. What should we talk about then?" He asks.
"I don't know. Maybe let's not talk about anything, let's just enjoy the scenery. I'll be fine just as long as you're here and I'm not alone." I respond.
"Would it just be because I'm here or just because you're not alone?" He questions.
"I guess a mixture of both." I say. I then move closer to him and lean my head against his shoulder as I close my eyes and listen to my surroundings. I became startled and removed my head when I felt something leaning against my head. Daehwi placed my head back down gently and then leaned his head against mine once again. We stayed like that until the lunch period ended.
