They fooled you
They already won
They won you at your worst
Your.Lowest
Rock.Bottom
You let them win by seeing you
Seeing you be hurt
Their words hurt you
Like.A.Knife
You want to tear them apart like how they did to you
Must be silent
Choose.Your.Battles
Silent means you won
Silence from you means they lost
Lost the battle they created
Authors Note: oh wowowowow I wrote that literally 3 hours ago in my composition - personally the second poem is much more meaningful than the opening poem. I'm very proud of myself. I feel this sudden inspiration to write free poetry is from me going to attend honors English maybe?? Anyways, super excited for that class! On another note the short story I'm currently writing has hit writers block - I don't know what to do with the story at the moment :/ - sad. I hope you all have enjoyed summer break.
