I looked around the lunch room. Finally, I spotted Rayne and Layne. "What's up, bitches?" The rolled their eyes. "Nothing much. How about you?" They said in unison. I shrugged my shoulders and grabbed an apple off of Rayne's tray. "Hey! That's my apple!" I laughed and took a bit out of it. "Well, it's mine now."
Layne looked back at the exit of the lunchroom. "Hey! Over here!" I turned around, trying to spot Layne's friend. I saw no one, so I went back to eating my apple.  I felt a cold breath on my shoulder. Using my vampire speed, I jump over and jumped on them. They fell to the floor with me on top of them. I looked at the person, which was a female. Her hair was dark as midnight and her eye were a gray raging storm. "Shit. If in knew that you would do this, I wouldn't have scared you."
I growled at her, narrowing my eyes. "Get off me, bitch!" I jumped back off her and helped her up.  "Sorry, but I've been trained to attack anyone who comes up behind me unexpectedly."  She laughed. "Then that makes you a badass." I shrugged my shoulders. "Not really. Just someone who's been told to act like a well oiled machine." She chucked. "I'm Sarina by the way."
"Ash." I said. She walked over to the table and sat right beside Rayne. I leaned on the table. "So. What supernatural creature are you?" Her gray eyes swirled like a angry storm. "Vampire, but I've also got some witch." I tilt my head. "Explain."  She groaned.
"My parents were both vampires, but when I got sick with a dangerous illness, they had to call a witch. She made me drink some of her blood so I could live and now I can do magic." She leaned across the table and smirked. "Now what about you? Not about how you became a hybrid, but about your mate. It seems like you already know him."
A stone was stuck in my throat. The subject of my mate was still a touchy subject. I felt like crying a waterfall.
"Look strong. We don't want to be weak. Let's show that asshole we don't care about him."
I smirked back. "First, show me what you can do." Serena Sighed. She took my apple out of my hands and sunk her teeth into it. All of a sudden, the apple became gray and dried out. She handed the apple back to me. "Damm! You made this apple look like a shriveled piece of shit. I ain't eating this." I took the apple by the stem and chucked it over my back. "Now,"   said." Your mate."
I smirked again.  "Beta Blane of the Full Moon Pack. Didn't want me cause I was a hybrid. Next day, he marked someone else. Worst two days of my fucking life."
Rayne looked she was about to cry, Layne didn't care, and  Seren  was just fucking enjoying it.
Rayne sniffed. "Let's make it up to you some how." Rayne tapped a finger on her chin, then her eyes lit up. "How about a sleepover! We'll have fun!"
I looked at her. Its been nine years since I last had a sleepover. "Sure. We can have it at my house." Rayne smiled brightly! "We'll be there." She said, holding her twins hand. We all looked at Serena . "How bad can it get?"
"Ok. It's settled then. Tomorrow at 6:00." I said. The bell rang and we all left for class.
