I jumped up when a knock on the door was heard. Serena and the others were up also. Rayne mouthed the words "Hide" and I jumped off the bed and crawled underneath it. I calmed my heart and my breath. I was terrified to see him again.
I heard Rayne speak. "What is it?" A familiar voice froze me and it wasn't my mate. "Is Mrs. Stone here?" Shit. It was the that man from the woods that poisoned me. My blood began to boil and I heard Shadow's voice. "Let me take control. I can get rid of him. Just let me take control.
I shook my head. "I can't. You wanted to do good, not kill someone that makes us look like murders. You know we almost did that once." I heard Shadow sigh and retreat. "No. She went to the store. She'll be back though. You want to stay?"
I shook my head. Why did she ask him that?
I bit my lip. "No. I'll just look for her at the store. Which one did she go to?" I released a breath I didn't know I was holding. "Walmart. She went to Walmart." I smiled. Walmart was the farthest from the motel. I heard the door close and I rolled out from underneath the bed.
I jumped up and ran to the closet and pulled out my duffle bag. "Hurry up and get dressed. We need to leave now." Serena groaned. "But I just got comfy. Just a few more minutes." She pulled the blanket over her head. I walked over to her and pulled the blankets off her. "Get your lazy ass up right now." Serena sat up and gave me the death stare before grabbing her gym bag and walking off into the bathroom.
I look at my messages while I waited for Serena to leave the bathroom. I had five messages from all four of my brothers. They were asking if I was alright and to Text them when we would be home. I smiled and reassured all of them. Serena was out and I grabbed my clothes and went into the bathroom.
I changed out of my PJs and took out the clothes that I picked out for the boardwalk. It was a short sleeve, short white tee and jean shorts , then I finished galaxy Convers. I brought the left side of my hair to the right side.
I walked it if the bathroom and placed PJs in my duffle bag and zipped it closed. I sat on my bed and waited a few more minutes for Rayne and Layne to get dressed and then we were of to the Royal Azul Coast Boardwalk.
The wind blew my hair in all different directions. I was only a few more minutes till the coast appeared. It was light blue near the coast, but it became a dark blue. I felt like dipping my feet in the cool waters.
I looked farther down the beach to see the boardwalk. Tons of rides littered the boardwalk. Roller coasters twisted and turned, while a giant Ferris wheel stretched to the sky. I gazed I awe as we came closer to it.
The town of Royal Azul Coast was small, but gorgeous. Small shops and restaurants filled the sides of the road. People and tourist walked in and out of shops. I was already starting to like this place.
We to the closest building the walked to the boardwalk. We stopped at the edge of the the boardwalk. Rayne turned to us and smiled. "Who's ready to have some fun?"
