I was nothing but a whisp, floating in the air. I couldn't see anything, but I could still feel and hear. I joined the rest of the whisps as they began to form as body. The pain returned, but only as a dull throb. I felt full again and opened my eyes. The world was dim, but still normal. I got up and looked at my hands. They weren't hand anymore, but a whisps that Jones together to make hands. "Shit. This is weird." My voice was a mixture of Shadow's and mine. I looked at the others. They had flipped the couch over and were hiding  behind it, except for Layne. For the first time I have known Layne, she had shock written all over her face. I walked to the middle of the living room, but it was more like gliding. "This is so fucking cool!" I jumped onto the couch and sat down. I smiled. "Isn't this cool?" I directed my question to Serena. She trembled. I looked at Liam. "I've never felt so alive."
They just sat there in fear. My smiled faltered and I looked at Layne. "Is there something wrong?" Layne swallowed. "Why didn't you tell me that you had a demon?" I shrugged. "She didn't seem so bad. She actually wanted to help." I jumped off the couch and came over to Layne. "When did you meet this-"

"Shadow. I meet her after I ran off from the Full Moon hospital. Right after we almost killed Blane." I bit my lip. "Well, you need to shift back. Just think of your regular self." I nodded and closed by eyes. The dull throb returned and I became as light as air. Then my human body returned.
Instead of my comfy leggings and sweatshirt, I was in black light armor. It was sleek and smooth as silk. Knee-high black boots that had navy blue spirals. I smirked. "How do I look? Like a badass?"

"You look like a demon." I looked at Rayne. "Sister dear, don't you see? That's her demon armor. When ever she shifts to demon form, a shield is formed around the demon. Then when they shift back to human form, the shield transforms into light armor. You know this. I've done it thousands of times." I stretched out my wings. "So, how do I get this off then?"

"Just put some clothes over it and you'll be fine." I nodded and climbed up the stairs to my bedroom. I pulled on some shorts and a tank top. I walked downstairs and watched as my brothers fix the couch. Still hungry, I went to the kitchen to grab my bag of jumbo marshmallow and Pepsi can, plus some chocolate chips, chips, and cookie dough ice cream.
I returned to the living room and sat down in the floor. My Tanner was putting Rush Hour 2 in. I grabbed a spoonful of ice cream and put it on top of my marshmallow. I took a bite a savored it. I noticed a hand going inside by bag of marshmallows. Before they could make it out, I slapped their hand. I looked behind me to see a sad looking West, rubbing is hand. "Bitch, this is my food. Keep your fucking hand away." I turned back to the TV and continue to finish the movie.

Bodies were everywhere. Not and inch of ground could be seen. I looked far off into distance and saw two people. I walked towards them. As I got close, I could see who they were. A man with black hair and pale skin. Then there was me. Our swords clashed and we were both sweating. "Give up. Your people are dead, you have grown weak. Give your powers to me and die." I growled. "I would die before I let a son of a bitch take my powers. So come and get me, bitch." They both charged at each other and then pause.
The Moon Goddess spoke through the silent air. "This is your future. To fight the demon king in the bloodiest battle in history. This will be your legacy. Don't fail me."  The bodies beneath me began to move. Then one grabbed my leg and started dragging me down. I tried to run, but they held film. More grabbed on to my and I began going down faster. Soon, I was engulfed in darkness
