Should we be afraid of the Time? For it takes away our loved ones when it passes Or we make someone just pass Because we just let it...
Should we be afraid to Love? Because if we do too much, we'll be hurt so much Or we're afraid that the one we love Might not love us in return.
Should we be afraid to Trust? That the one we might trust suddenly break it; And we might not trust everyone that surrounds us; And end up not trusting even our own selves.
Should we be afraid to Care? Because if we care and give out too much; We'll just care for them; And we might forget to care for ourselves.
Should we be afraid of Ourselves? Because instead of loving, we choose hating; Instead of trusting, we'll be doubting; And instead of caring, we'll be neglecting.
And we might just be losing ourselves... Falling into a deep dark pit of selfishness Because of being afraid to be ignored And be left behind.
