The Adventures Of Jacaranda

You know the worst thing about being a girl,  taking forever to get dresses.

The simplist outfit takes three a hour to get on why?

Jacaranda, Danasia, Matt and their other friend from church Johnny are all getting ready for Sharon Cafe. The guys are all down stairs sitting on the couch at Jacaranda's house while the girls are up stairs still getting ready.

"Jacaranda and Danasia come on the guys are down here waiting for yall " said Abina

My mother Abina has to be the loudest women alive.

When she needs something, want something, tells you something she yells.

But my mommy is a beautiful on fire for christ short lady and I love her so much.

I just wish she stop Screaming!

" M om we're coming right now" Jacaranda yelled down the steps

" Yeah thats what you said ten minutes ago, get ya'll butties down here" Momma Abina said.

Finally the girls were ready to go. Everybody exited the house and they begin to walk to the bus stop, while they were walking it started pouring down raining. When water touches Jacaranda's hair it gets really puffy and nappy. Danasia had a perm so she was all good. They ran for cover reaching the awning over the bus stop.

"This is great, this is only happeneing because I'm here" Jacaranda said with a little smerk.

They all begin to laugh and Jacaranda got happy because only a little bit of water touched her hair. Everybody got on the bus, about ten minutes on the bus Danasia noticed a lump of puff in Jacaranda hair.

" Jaca um your hair is starting to puff up"

"What where, oh nooooo" In her winny voice.

"Calm down we can fix it you got a comb"

The whole way to the church the Danasia tried to fix Jacaranda's hair but she was only making it worse. By the time they were there Jacaranda's hair was full puff.

"Im not going in looking like this I look nasty" Jacaranda said.

"Yo come on you did't come here for your looks , you came for that ministering music" Matt said in a stink way laughing.

" We can fix it in the bathroom where the mirrors and stuff is at".

I didn't come to this cafe to dress up and look nice I came to be blessed by the kingdom music.

When I walk in there everybody is gon look at me I know it.

They are all calm and laughing because it's not them, they make me sick.

They all eneterd Sharon Baptist Church and Danasia and Jacaranda went straight into the bathroom while the guys found seats.

Danasia got her hair looking semi okay. As they were coming out the bathroom tweeking Jaacaranda's hair Devon came over.

Coming out of the bathroom "Ouch Danasia it's fine, it's fine......ooo hey Devon

Now this would only happen to me!

Devon looked at Jacaranda and started to do a little laugh and had a little smerk, "Hey Im glad to see you came" reaching in for a hug.

" Yeah this is my best friend Danasia...Is this your first time at Sharon"?

" Yeah Im a little nervous" Devon said.

"You'll be fine, just go up there and killit for the lord" Jacaranda said.

"We gon be hype in the crowd" Danasia said busting out a little dance step.

They all went into the center and got ready for the cafe. The cafe got started and God was really moving. The spirit was overflowing and the rappers, singers and poets was going in. Now it was time for Devon to get up there he got up there confident and ready to go hard. He started rapping everybody was on their feet by the time he reached the second verse.

Devon was a blessing.

He was really going hard for the lord.

I like that!

When the cafe was finished everybody was conversating and Jacaranda and all her friends went over to Devon to talk to him.

" Yo you kilt it man" Matt said shaking Devons hand.

"Thanks man, you know I try to do  a little something for the king"

" Yeah I feel you, I rap to actually the threee of us (pointing to Jacaranda and Danasia) got a group called team 3;16".

"Oh yeah dats watsup man I hope to hear yall sometime".

" You were awesome" Danasia said hugging Devon

" Thanks you"

" Devon you was poppin I really enjoyed you" Jacaranda said hugging Devon and cheesing very hard.

" Thanks Jacaranda , Im glad ya'll was here, find me on twitter @Pottery116 ill see you later by yall".

Today turned out to be a pretty good day.

I finally got his twitter, just saying!

They all started to exit the church when someone backed up on Jacaranda's foot and caused her heel to break.

Why?

Why?

Why me?

I was having a great night it started off a little rocky but it was good.

" I am so sorry" said the random guy who steeped on Jaca's foot.

"It's alright" she said sadly.

Now Jacaranda had to go on the bus with a puffy head and a broken heel. Not to mention while entering on the bus a man behind her triped over the walk way and spilt his hawaiian punch on her shirt. The enemy was really trying to destroy her day. Finally returning home Jacaranda entered her house.

"What happened to you" Chewy said laughing hysterically

"Shut up" Jaca said looking completely exausted.

Today was another day to remeber.

I accept it ya know I am just ment to be embarrased.

Hey at least I got to experience another God filled event and hear Devon rap.
