Have you ever felt like a guy was too handsome for you.

That's how I feel about Devon.

It's like he's beauty and I'm the beast.

Don't get me wrong I think Im pretty but next to him Ima beast.

Jacaranda just arrived home from the park. She was really giddy and happy, just thinking about everything that happened. She wasn't so much excited about spending time with Devon but singing and spending time with him. Jacaranda was in a daze just happy and smiling.

"Ouch" Jacaranda said getting hit in the face with a sock ball.

"Where you been, coming in here all late" Chewy said.

"I was at the park with my friend".

"What friend, it bet not be no boy"

My brother is always trying to be my dad.

Sir, your my brother not daddy.

"Baby" My dad said walking down the steps.

Jacaranda's dad name was Alfonso. Her dad was also very loud, basically screaming all the time. He was mixed with African and puertorican. Alfonso was the assistant pastor of his church. Jacaranda was definatly a daddys girl, they were super close and had tones of fun together.

"Hey dad, can u get Chewy he's getting on my nerves" She said angrily. 

"Dad she the one who came in here hours after we came from church".

"She went to the music ,store and then she told me she ran into a friend, who she already told me about and they went to the park" Alfonso said.

"He a guy" chewy said angrily.

"She know, trust me" Alfonso replied.

I love my dad because he knows he raised me right.

But he don't play no games if I didn't tell him about Devon his head would of .....

 He knows I have standards okay.

You can't just be any boy and expect to be with me.

You need to be fired up for Christ!

I want him to help me grow in God and vice versa.

Respectful, talented in some way and a great person there's more but too long....

I forgot to mention Fine too can't leave that out.

Devon is a cool person but I bet you he has girls all over him.

Like I couldn't be with a guy who looks better than me.

Devon is just too handsome, he's not even cute!

He makes me feel like a orke, from Gondore from Lord of the rings.

I know it's weird but I feel like Im the beast in this growing friendship......
