From May's perspective:
In Bahrain:
"Ok" Coulson starts "Daisy, I know you haven't used your powers in a while because of you're bones getting weaker but I think you..."
"No" May interrupts him "I'm going in."
The whole team turns to look at her for the second time that day, but she knows she has to go in. Daisy had been more honest with May about her bones than she had been with Coulson, May knows she'd brake all her bones if she used her powers. And anyway, May had the most experience with this place, these people. She has to go in. She has to save Henry.
She jumps in through the window and her heart races as she takes out a few guys. She runs down the stairs and kicks open the door to the room, THAT room. As the door swings open a gunshot rings out and Henry is lying limp on the floor. May stands still, frozen. She would normally have had the gun out of that guys hand the second the shot went off, but she was too shocked. So shocked that she almost gets a bullet in the head, she only dodges at the last second but the bullet goes straight into her shoulder. She screams in pain and she kicks the guy in the head. She takes out all the guys in the room and runs towards Henry, lifting him into her arms.
