A/N: Last chapter guys! Have Tissues ready! Thanks so much for all your love and support.

Y/N= your name

You've spent your every waking moment with your grandmother the past two weeks; her health continuing to spiral downward at an alarming rate.  You've even spent some nights there too, when your grandmother wouldn't sleep; her pain becoming unbearable and keeping her awake. The boys always stop by after work to check on the both of you. Your parents have been nothing but pleasant and understanding about you being there so often, and you know she knows the truth about Josh now after the little slip up but she hasn't made any negative remarks about it.

After a particularly sleepless night a few days ago your family had made the incredibly difficult decision to hospitalize your grandmother.  It was her wish to die at home but she agreed to go knowing she needed twenty four hour  care now and better pain management. After the doctors finally get your grandmother somewhat stabilized and pain at a manageable level your parents insist you go home to sleep and you know they're right. They promise to call you if there's any worsening in her condition knowing you want to be by her side when she passes.

It feels so good to sleep in the warm embrace of both boys instead of sleeping sitting up in the cold sterile environment of the hospital. You were finally getting some much needed sleep when your phone goes off at  3 a.m. You rub your eyes ,frantically searching in the dark for your phone on the night stand knowing it can't be good news. You locate your phone quickly unlocking it. It's a text from your Mom.

Mom: Get to the hospital.

Y/N: On my way!

You jump out of bed, tears already streaming down your face as you get dressed.

"Hey babe everything ok?" Josh asked squinty eyed and still half asleep.

"No, No everything's not ok!" You sob. "It's my Grandma.." Your breath hitches.

"What's going on Beautiful? Talk to me.. breathe." Tyler tries to calm you down.

"I-I-I don't even know my mom just texted me and said 'Get to the Hospital' I know it can't be good. I gotta go." You say grabbing your keys quickly making your way to the door.

"I'm not letting you drive like that! You're a mess, get back here. We'll take you." Tyler insists.

The boys quickly throw on clothes and the three of you get in the car. Tyler drives, getting you there as quickly and safely as possible; your heart in your stomach and your stomach in your chest the whole ride.

As you make it closer to your Grandma's room you hear the faint slow beep of her heart monitor, and you're somewhat relived knowing you at least made it in time.  You look to your mother for answers; her eyes wet, swollen and red.

"A-Any m-minute now  the Doctors said." She chokes out. You eyes flood with tears, as you walk to the side of your Grandmother's bed , the beeps of the heart rate monitor slowing with every step.

"I love you Grandma, thank you for always being there for me."  You wail, taking her hand as both boys rubs your back in support.

"We're so sorry sweetie." Your parents say each placing a hand on your shoulder. A sorry that feels like it means  a whole lot more than 'We're sorry about Grandma,' A sorry that seems to say we're sorry about everything, A sorry you've been waiting  years to hear. You turn around quickly, the boys stepping to the side as you embrace your parents in a hug.

"I'm sorry too," you cry, giving them the same multi-reason sorry in return. "I love you guys."

"We love you too, we really do, I'm so sorry." they sob.

Your cries are interrupted by the noise of the heart rate monitor flat lining. You smile as tears flow wildly from your eyes knowing your grandmother held on until that very moment, and she can now rest in piece knowing you have the support of your family.

The funeral is small and intimate mostly just family and some close friends. The boys looks so handsome in their black suits one standing on either side of you with their hands clasps respectfully in front of themselves, as to not draw attention to the three of you. You know all they wanna do is hold you and comfort you, but side glances, snide remarks and whispers are the last thing you need right now. Suddenly you feel a hand on your back and a low "Hey." You turn to see your best friend Taylor who you haven't spoken to since your departure from Lavish lounge.

"I'm so sorry," She says pulling you in for a hug. "Hey boys." she says from over your shoulder.

"Me too, I shouldn't have just up and left you guys like that but--"

"Don't be." She cuts you off. " I've be staring at you for a while trying to work up the courage to come over here and I noticed something-- as sad as you may be right now over the loss of your  Grandmother, I've never seen you look more alive and happy then with these two standing besides you. You obviously made the right choice." She admits

"How'd you kn--"

"Sorry I didn't mean to assume but it's just so obvious to me. I mean I haven't seen Josh around Lavish Lounge in weeks and last time we went out after you left all he did was talk about you." She says smiling up at Josh.

"Hey, hey, client confidentially." Josh laughs.

"How are things at work are you guys short without me?" You ask curiously, feeling slightly guilty over your abrupt departure.

"Don't worry about it, we're fine. We have a new girl that just started; Kara. I think you'd like her. We should all get together and go for coffee sometime together or something. I miss hanging out with you." Taylor says.

"Yeah same." you says cracking a small smile. "I'd like that."

"Ok, great." She smiles. "Well I gotta get going but I'll definitely keep in touch, I'm so sorry for your loss."

As she walks away you suddenly feel a new set of hands on your shoulders.

"Hey honey." Your Mom says placing a small kiss on your cheek.

"Hey mom, how you holding up?"

"I'm ok, I'm more worried about how your doing?" You mom asks sincerely.

"I'm alright, I got a great support system." You smile, wiping a tear from your eyes and  looking towards the boys." Your mom takes a step towards the boys placing a hand on Tyler's back.

"Thank you for being the best-- No..." She stops her self placing her other hand on Josh's back as well. "Thank you both for being the best boyfriends ever, and taking such good care of my daughter. She says in acknowledgment.
