Feel free to add any other things (spells and jazz) as well so I can put them in a group. So here's how spells work for each level.

Basic focuses solely on concentration and imagination, so that anyone, even a child who is barely 4, can do something like this.
Novice is when you start to learn Latin and Irish. Simple spells with a word or two. Nothing too much.
Intermediate is when one can do phrases of Latin and Irish and are more responsible with these spells/runes.
Legendary is more advanced
Godly will contain long phrases and list of detail into a powerful spell, which is why it is so hard to learn and memorize.

Spells/Runes
Future Vision (Basic): sit cross legged and imagine an eye with a clock as the iris, feel the feeling of being watched before imagining a crystal orb. This spell is usually friendly and fake, however, it is also a way for Father Time himself to communicate with mortals.

Magic Color Change (Basic): imagine your aura as a different color.

Object Levitation (Basic): imagine the object you want to levitate float. It will take a bit of concentration.

Sparkles (Basic): picture sparks flying out of your hand or picture fireworks.

Attack Spell (Intermediate): the higher the level, the stronger. Imagine your magic collecting together into a bright light. With your hand, wand, or staff, aim for you're target and imagine the magic shooting out like an arrow being shot out of the bow.

Barrier Spell (Intermediate): imagine surrounding yourself or the people you want to protect in a dome. Recite "Ones, quod caritatem tuam defendat per speculum in firmamento qui non potest frangi"
Which translates to: Protect the ones that thy love in a dome of glass that can never be shattered

Basic Healing Spell (Intermediate)- make sure you can see the wound before muttering "Sana" which means: heal

Cleansing Rune (Intermediate)- Crave the rune on the floor, making sure that the victim is in the middle. Kneel down with hand placed on the edge, and recite "Glan an aigne, comhlacht, agus anam" over and over. The phrase simply means: Cleanse the mind, body, and soul

Explosion (Intermediate) - imagine creating a ball of magic, once the ball is in your desired size, throw it at your desired target.
Warning: the bigger, the more explosive and dangerous

Mind-Blocking Spell (Intermediate): (Can block anyone except Ratiocinor, unless your level is godly) put your hand or fingers on the forehead of desired target. Both the caster and target must close their eyes. Recite,"Ad mentem et memoriam. Oculi enim sunt qui penetrant, et ad omne caput cum aliis. Non potest videre id quod est in caput."
Which means: To the mind and memories. To the all seeing eye and those who creep into the head of others. One cannot see what is in the head.

Shape-Shifting Spell (Intermediate): This spell can last from a day to a week depending on the level (Intermediate: Legendary: Godly, one day: three days: a week). If you are doing this to someone, your hand must be in contact in any part of their body. Close your eyes and imagine you or the person as a different species. Recite, "In species diversas transform"
Which translates: Transform into different form

Teleportation Spell (Intermediate)- imagine who you want to teleport (including yourself) and the place you want to go. Focus on the place and the number of people you are bringing with you before reciting,"Ut omnes ad paradisum. Optare locum relinquamus amplius."
This translates to: Take all away to paradise. Let us leave the place we no longer desire.

Tracking Spell (Intermediate): your target must be in range. It's like an attack spell only it doesn't hurt and as you throw it at your target, recite,"Sequere. Capitis animas ad praedam hominemque". The spell wears off once the chaser reaches their target.
Which means: Follow. Hunt down the prey.

Soul Seeing Spell (Legendary) - recite "Animi corporisque, corpore. Patitur tuum videre spiritus vitae." Which translates: Mind and body, body and soul. Allow thy to see the spirit of life

Binding Rune (Godly): draw the rune. Depending on where you draw it, make sure it is in the summoning rune or the rune is in contact with the object you want to bind to. Recite,"Is mian leat a bheith gar do na daoine a dteagmháil leis an rún seo. Ceangail linn mar aon le sting dofheicthe."
Which translates to: Thy wish to be close to those who touch this rune. Connect us together with an invisible sting.

Fertility Spell (Godly): focus on the aura or soul of the person you are casting it on (or yourself). Make sure that person has consent and is near you otherwise this spell will not work. Imagine their aura/soul like a blooming flower, as you do so, recite,"Sit flos flore. Sit minus semen potest creata est. Sinite semine fecundius" wears off after the target has given birth.
This translates to: Let the flower bloom. Let the little seed be created. Let the little seed be fertilized.

God Summoning Rune (Godly): you must be in a place with a lot of room. Using a knife, crave the summing rune. In the middle, carve the gods symbol in the middle or place a pendent with the gods symbol in the circle. If you crave the rune, it must be big. Place candles on the parts where the symbol touches the rune and light them. You must not be in the circle before reciting,"Tabhair do pháiste thu déanta as cré, Máthair Nádúr. Tabhair do leanbh a bhfuil cónaí ort ar feadh beagnach chomh fada le Athair Am féin. Tabhair do leanbh atá mar chuid den Mháthair agus d'Athair iad féin. Tabhair an dia ar mhaith leat a fheiceáil."
Which translates to: Bring thy thou child made of clay, Mother Nature. Bring thy thou child that has lived for almost as long as Father Time himself. Bring thy a child who is part of the Mother and Father themselves. Bring thy the god thy wish to see.

Magic Transfer Spell (Godly)- your hand must contact a part of the person's body (who must be alive ). Focus on either taking in the other person's magic or the magic getting sucked out of you for the other person. Out of all the spells in the level, this is the simplest

Time Control Spell (Godly) - Crave three symbols: The sun, the moon, and an hourglass. Be sure these are carved with the hourglass on the top and the other two at the bottom like a triangle.
To go back in time, recite "Tempus vade retro Patris. Tolle quod dorsum meum. Horas, dies, annos. Vade ad radix et initium tenebri." Which translates: Go back Father Time. Take back what was mine. Hours, days, years ago. Go back to the root, the start of the dark.
To go forward, recite: "Tempus ad Patrem texens fabricae temporis. Turn porro horologiorum indicio, oculis futuram in conspectu tuo. Mihi malum pro bono. Tempus Patrem: Pater Tempus."
Which translates: Father Time who weaves the fabric of time. Turn the clocks forward, witness the future before thy eyes. Show me the bad, the good. Father Time, Father Time.
