Poison- there's a specific poison that can make gods incredibly weak. However this poison is rare and highly toxic. Its whereabouts is unknown.
Magic- in this, Magic comes in different levels of difficulty: Basic, Novice, Intermediate, Legendary and Godly. Only the most powerful (which are only a handful) can even attempt Godly level spells. Those that can master it can use it against a god. Unfortunately there are not a lot of Godly level spells, due to its difficulty.
