Sena's Pov

Ricky was dragging Cal out of the common room, shouting an apology behind him. Cal shook him off and straightened up his jacket. I ran forward but stopped a few steps away.
   "What happened?"
"He pushed me!" Cal growled, looking over his shoulder.
"WHAT?" my voice came out much louder than I had anticipated. Before I  knew what I was doing I was in the common room, marching towards Clardol. I stopped in front of his chair and realised I didn't know what I was going to say. He raised an eyebrow at me.
"I heard you just pushed my friend and I want know who the hell you think you are! Touch him again and I'll make you sorry." He stood  up to remind me how small I was in comparison, I straightened up. "Do you think you intimidate me?" I poked his chest, it was very muscular, but I honestly didn't care. Laughter erupted from him.
"Aw, you're so cute" he gasped through his laughter, making me furious. "Your little boyfriend there doesn't deserve your loyalty, he hasn't been honest, he actually pushed me first." Rage burned through my chest at the stupid smile on his face as he broke this news to me and also at Cal. I took a breath and cleared my throat. "I'm sorry for attacking you." I said, feeling my face get warmer. I turned on my heel and walked out. I stomped my way over to Cal and pushed him so hard that he hit the wall.
"What the hell? You didn't think to stop me?" I hit him in the arm. "Why didn't you explain!"
"You didn't give me a chance!" he grabbed my arms.
"You're an idiot! What were you doing picking a fight with him?" he straightened up but I pushed him back against the wall. Ricky came up and put his hand on my shoulder.
"Sena, relax it's okay" he said soothingly. I stepped back and turned around and started walking away.
Are you okay? Honto asked as he walked along beside me, I smiled up at him and nodded.

An hour or two later, after Araffi showed us our hotel and we got settled. We all helped carry Honto's bed into the boys' room and I had the pleasure of sharing a room alone with Amalia. I had never really been alone with her for too long and didn't expect it to go very well. After 10 minutes of awkward silence I suggested meeting the boys for dinner.

I knocked on the boys' door. Cal opened it a crack and peered through.
"Are you calm again?" He asked. I sighed and nodded. he flung the door open and wrapped his arms around me so I couldn't move. "Look who cares! Standing up to the big bad man for me!" he laughed shaking me from side to side.
"Let go of me, you fool!" I shouted, trying not to laugh but failing completely.
"Sh! You'll disturb everyone." Amalia reminded us. Cal let go and we made a face at each other when she wasn't looking.

We made our way down to the restaurant on the ground floor. The producers of the show offered to pay for our meals while we participated in the show. As we walked through the doors a group of around seven people strutted up to us, all dressed in leather. A woman untangled herself from the tallest and burliest man who was walking a step in front of  the others. She flipped her blond hair from her face and walked right into Amalia's face. She was not having a good day.
"We heard that your team is competing in the show."  her voice was squeaky and her skin was scaley. "Our leader and-" She popped a bubblegum bubble "My boyfriend, doesn't think you're even worth wasting his breath on." she looked back at him with complete adoration. "You only have five people. You haven't even committed any real crimes. You're hardly even a gang. What gave you the nerve to enter this competition?" she blew another bubble an inch from Amalia's nose. Amalia popped the bubble with her finger, put her arm out and moved the girl out of her way.
"People have underestimated us before, and they've regretted it. You're not even a good enough leader to speak for your team or maybe you're just afraid to speak to me yourself. Now, if you'll excuse us- You're boring me." a man to his left took a step forward and Ricky mirrored his action. Noticing that Ricky was much bigger he dropped his eyes to the floor and acted as if he had never moved at all. I snorted a laugh and he glared at me. I waved at him with a wiggle of my fingers and let snowflakes drift from my fingertips into his face. Honto and Cal stood either side of me, daring him to make another move with their eyes.
"save it for the cameras" Ricky said, stepping in front of us.
"we plan on it" the leader finally spoke. His voice came deep like a growl from thick lips, the colour of a bruise. With a nod of his head the group moved in perfect unison out of the restaurant. This competition would be more trouble than it's worth if we continued to make enemies like this and I really couldn't afford that.
