I hung back as Lucy and Jake paid for the tickets,and Amanda and Ryan got the popcorn and drinks. And then it hit me,they set me up with Erik! How can they do this? And just after Seth and I broke up? There is no chance what-so-ever,that Erik and I will ever get back together. 1:Because I'll never let myself fall in love again. 2:Because I know Erik too well to know he's not good for me 3:He's more trouble than he's worth.I haven't spoken at all. There was nothing to say. ''So how have you been?'' Asked a voice I'd recgonize anywhere. ''I've been. . .good. What about you?'' I lied. Erik smiled,''Sober.'' I arched an eyebrow,''Why the sudden change?'' He laughed,''It's not sudden. I've sober for about 3 months now.'' A smile appeared on my lips,''Looks like someone finally grew up.'' Erik laughed,''Sometimes losing something you really loved can make you realize what a complete dick you are.You know,how people always say they'll never change for any body else? In a way,it's being true to yourself but in another way,it's being selfish. I told someone a long time ago,that I'd do anything for her. So this is me keeping that promise.''

He was talking about us. Something in me,just wanted to give into him and hug him and kiss him. But I fought it. ''Well,I'm sure she appreciates it,'' Erik smiled a sad smile. My face mirrored his. ''Hey guys! Come'on,it's starting. What's up with the sad faces?'' Lucy asked us,concern on her own face. Erik and I both just shook our head and walked inside with her.

After Moviee Is Over ☀

Lucy and Jake walked out holding hands and grinning like idiots. They didn't even watch the movie. They were too busy makin' out. Amanda and Ryan were the same way. Erik on the other hand just chuckled and whispered in my ear,''Remember when that used to be us?'' Of course I did. I blushed feeling his breath on my ear on neck. I turned my head so he wouldn't see me turn red and that's when I saw him. Seth with a blonde slut. She was wearing a mini skirt and a low cut shirt. They were making out in a corner. My heart stopped as I saw him. I wanted to run to him and kiss him with all I had and show him,she can't give him what I could. But the truth is,it's the other way around. Because he left me for her. She was a fake blonde. Everything about her was fake. From her extension,to her lip injection,down to her fake Gucci shoes. I realized I had been staring. I turned quickly around and looked at Erik,''What's wrong?'' He asked me with concern. I gave him a quick smile,''Nothing!" He just gave me a weird look and said okay. ''Maria?'' Why me? I slowly turned around,''Seth. . hi.'' I said casual. Everyone else had walked to the parking lot already,it was just me and Erik. ''Hi,what are you doing here?'' He asked me. ''Watching a movie. That's kinda what people do here.'' Well that's not what he was doing. ''Oh yeah. Haha. You're here with him?'' Seth asked me narrowing his eyes at Erik. Erik must have caught the glare,because he slipped his arm around my waist. ''Yeah,we were just leaving.'' I said smiling at Erik. It hurt so much seeing Seth again. But atleast I wasn't here alone. The blonde on his side,looked at me with pure hate. Haha she must know who I am. It kinda gave me a smug feeling. ''So you two. .seeing each other again?'' Seth asked me,jealousy and hate in his eyes as well. I laughed a laugh that was confident and flirty,''Something like that.''

Erik and I walked out the door,''What the hell was that?'' I asked him,with a smile. I wasn't mad at him. I was grateful. Erik shrugged,''I don't know. I thought you wanted me to.'' He smiled at me. ''Well I kinda did. Thanks.'' We walked back to the car together,''Where the hell have you guys been?'' Lucy asked us annoyed. ''We kinda ran into Seth.'' I admitted. Luct threw me a sympathetic look,''Oh I'm sorry. Did Erik kick his ass?'' Erik and I both laughed. I can laugh. I can smile. I can forget him. We might have been together for a long time. But apparently that means nothing.
