Call of the wild

I see the burning sun,
I feel the scorching heat,

I smell the earthy ground,
it is beneath my feet;

I hear the morning birds,
chirping their happy songs,

I see the river flow
down its path it goes;

Together with the butterflies,
swimming with the fish,

The fireflies at night,
all deer and gazelles in flesh,

I savor the moment,
unwilling to let myself part

'Cause such a chance is a given
that makes the nights so bright.
